The employees are always rude and have consistently messed up our orders. The store itself is dirty. To the point that there... were black prep gloves on the lobby floor along with other trash. WOW, Emily was wonderful, she went above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. Burger was on point and fries was hot and... crispy. The location is super great with an option of outdoor dining. Price is high but everything is great! Read more

Food was really good, it came out really quickly. I got the burger, lemonade and fries. The burger was really good but rather... small. The lemonade was surprisingly amazing and taisted so fresh. The fries were not bad but they weren't the best fries I'veever had. The thing that kept it from making 5 stars is the price and proportions. I?ve had Shake Shack for years. Completely appalled with my food today. I?m 37 weeks pregnant and I?m glad I looked at the... burger before eating it. It was rare. My husband and I got our food today around 11 and the restaurant was empty. Not sure whythe employees felt the need to cook everything in a rush. We won?t be back. Read more

I went here to get a quick bite before going to a 2pm movie across the street. I entered at 1, put order in at 1 :10, waited 40... minutes for a hot dog and fries..had to get a refund because my order was 4 orders back and would not get it before my moviestarted..not sure what was going on..got my refund and ate popcorn for a late lunch..
