pulled in at 7:40 in drive thru. Took 12 minutes to move 1 car up. I asked for a manager box & that they move the car they were... waiting on to the side and bring their food like every other high performing restaurant chain and was told there was nothingthey could do because it was a line in the lobby. Service wasn't really good we clearly didn't get what we wanted and we realize it after we drove off.I simply order a caramel... macchiato a very simple basic drink from Starbucks had no sugar very minimal caramel taste like more black coffee and the girlat the front for the drive-thru had a very phony demeanor. She clearly rushed us after I said please give us a moment so we canorder and then the drinks were really bad. Hit or miss, more often than not its a miss, but occasionally they are on it. Service is slow and often gets backed up. Have had... to correct drink orders multiple times in the past. Make sure you read your order sticker! Read more

Although this place was a complete mess I feel bad for these staff members tonight. Some lady in the drive thru ordered 20+... drinks and the staff was overwhelmed. They did a good job tending to us in store customers despite the overloaded drivethru. Note: if you go thru drive through please limit your orders to 5 or less.
