service is nice enough but toppings aren't that good there are definitely better options in the area.
I went in there to order food and I ask them to fix something simple because they messed up on my order and they over charged... me. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and very argumentative(which was the manager or supervisor). I will NEVER come backhere again. Bad customer service. Read more
Hard to believe that the best Subway around is in a gas station but it's true. It's smells amazing when you walk in there.... Whenever I walk inside the smell makes me want a sub no matter what I was actually going there for, but I don't buy one everytime because my name isn't Jared and you can't live on those things for real. Food has always been good here. However, they always seem to be training new people, so service is hit or miss. And the location... is hard to get out of when it's busy. Traffic is always incoming, and when there's a break, people always cut you off whentrying to pull out. Read more
When you don't take a corporate coupon, you should probably post that somewhere. When I wait in line for 20 minutes only to... find out you wont take my subway coupon, not only do I not want the sandwich you just made, I am not comming back. I know itsays "Participating Locations", but every coupon does and how am I supposed to know that??? The worst part was when the"sandwich artist" said, "I told that other guy a while back that we dont take those". Maybe you should post a sign and youwont have to open you mouth to speak and stick with what you do know...... Do you know how many place's there are to eat inColumbia? BTW, Wendy's was great! Ordered a Cold Cut Combo online and it only had ham in it, plus there was way too much sauce so the whole sandwich was mush.
