The previous owner was amazing . She would still open the doors even if it was a little past 10pm . She donated to my daughter... girls scouts and the quality always stay impeccable. I recent went in TCBY , and couldn?t tell the smell , it smelled like thefloor was mopped with a dirty mop . It was Waffle cone Wednesday and I expect one or two flavors to be empty , but all of them .That?s just crazy . Read more
I went to TCBY and it was amazing. There was a worker that prepared the ice cream very well but the person who served me was... super amazing. We had an amazing talk, I remember he looked Ethiopian and had long hair, it was the most joyful talk ive hadsince I became a senior citizen. Made my day 10x better, recommended to here. Read more
The mint chocolate chunk frozen yogurt with Andes mints and Oreo topping was delicious! More than that, the customer service... sets this shop apart from others. The employees were so kind, helpful, and easy going- immediately helping us feel at ease, andnot rushed at all. We will be repeat customers! Read more
I have been coming here for years. I get the parfait often with mint chocolate chunk. Today I was told that I could only get... soft serve. The hot fudge had a burnt taste. The parfait was extremely messy on the outside. Sauce and yogurt were everywhere assoon as the server handed it to me. Very disappointed. Read more
I'm counting calories and wanted to know how much my order weighed so that I could enter it into my app and the TCBY colleague... did not even hesitate to go the extra step for me! Always great customer service and cant beat the flavor. BONUS: My mintchocolate chunk was a total of 115 calories!! So yummy! Read more
Staff is very friendly. Ice cream is decent. Few flavors, not many. Mint chocolate was very good.
Delicious creamy and fresh! I had the pumpkin and the Graham cracker yogurt in the same cup....YUM!!!
