Our waiter was the only one there on a Sunday night at 9:30...she did amazing. Food was delicious... steak was cooked... perfectly. My friend had a double dose of mashed potatoes. Sorry I didn't remember to take any pics so there's that. This location was a short walk from our hotel and I truly like... Fridays, this location was a little dated and off the beaten path so it doesn't look like it gets a lot of traffic. We weregreeted right away and sat immediately, our server was friendly and helpful and made the experience better. The restaurantoverall looked clean, the vents were clean which is always a good indicator of level of care. The food was cooked well and onpar for Fridays. Overall a good experience and if we stayed in the area again we would return. Read more
Sunday night ... So few patrons and employees and yet the service was not so good ... We ordered drinks and food, came out... quick. Food was ok. Saw waitress once during meal .... But then there was the long absence.... so we asked for the check. After dinner we went to the bar, the tender was too busy stocking or whatever to actually be at the bar much ... so we leftafter 1 drink. Just not worth the wait when there were only 2 other tables (and they had to hunt down staff). The one word that comes to mind regarding our recent visit to this location is "shabby". First, the sign out front wasn't lit,... so we weren't even sure the restaurant was open. Then, there was no one to greet us when we arrived and even the bartenderignored our presence (I would have expected him to at least tell us that someone would be out shortly to seat us). In thewomen's restroom, the paper towel and soap dispensers did not work. The french fries were advertised as "seasoned" - they didn'teven have salt on them, let alone some kind of seasoning, and they tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.The dipping sauces came in to-go plastic cups (very cheap looking). The loaded potato skins were tasteless - how does that evenhappen? The only bright spot in our entire experience was our server, Brandon, who was enthusiastic, efficient, and personable.It's too bad that we won't return to see him again, but we won't miss the restaurant as a whole. I waited 45 minutes in a completely empty restaurant?my salad did not come with dressing, waited like 15 minutes on the phone... once I got home with the manager and was told he won?t refund me for my salad that I can not eat. Instead he opted for a $15dollars off my next visit. Doesn?t help my current 20 minutes round trip - 45 minute wait to only get home and not eatdinner. Visiting from out of town with the family and we were greeted with a most pleasant experience! We were promptly seated by the... hosts and our server was quick to meet us. Brandon, props to you because you are one of the most pleasant servers I'veexperienced! Not only that, but the drinks he mixed were succulent and some of the best we've had. Hubby and I decided to go out to grab a bite and ended up at this Friday's. The menu was paper and the items offered were... nowhere near as robust as it has been in the past. I'm sure this is all due to Covid. Not sure if they will eventually go backto the full menu. Even so, in my opinion it was still a good amount of options. I had the Green Bean Fries and the WhiskeyGlazed Rack of Ribs. My husband had the Loaded Potato Skins and the Bucket of Bones.The food was very good - the ribs were verytender and flavorful. My husband also had a Mango Henny Cocktail that he thought was very good. We sat in a booth on the barside. The staff there were awesome - very attentive, personable and charming. I went to Friday?s about a hour after they opened! Just to get lunch as I haven?t been there in a while. I walked into the... restaurant and it was empty. No one there to greet me I had to yell Hello to get service. I?ve always loved their chickentenders as they used to be super fresh with buttermilk crust. So I ordered some online and came to pick it up. This was theworst meal I?ve ever had. My fries were greasy and to hard to eat. I could only eat maybe three or four as the rest were likebricks although they only gave me like 10. The chicken tenders are NOT fresh at all and the crust actually completely came offwhen I tried to break one in half. They put warm bread in my salad container so the lettuce wilted and cheese melted! Thequality of their food has changed tremendously and not for the better. Read more
