Wasabi Sushi is an amazing spot to grab a quick, quality bite. The staff is pleasant and time efficient. My salmon was fresh,... soft and flavorful. The entire tray was neat and fresh. I generally avoid sushi in shopping malls, but this one has such good reviews and I had heard good things from some of my... coworkers. So I decided to grab a quick lunch for work. I had the two roll special for $8 which is pretty reasonable. I tried togo with safe choices and got spicy shrimp and spicy tuna roll. The spicy shrimp was standard, but the spicy tuna had a foultaste. I couldn't finish it. I will say their sushi rice is very good and the perfect texture. But I don't foresee myself comingback.
