When I called in my order the guy didn't tell me I had to go around and pick it up at the window. After waiting about 45 minutes... I walked to the window and asked did they do curbside delivery they told me oh we don't offer curbside delivery you have to getin line and go thru the drive thru. He could have told me to pick it up at the drive thru. At least the posta bowl was good. Read more
I am so tired of the way people treat the customers. We ordered icing with the lava cake. The cake was good but no icing. We got... chicken wings with blue cheese and got ranch. No one else was there. And you can?t get one order correct? The manager was toobusy to talk to me. However she spoke through the worker I can come back in to get them. That?s 10 miles each way. So when youorder from Domino?s in Columbia Ms just say I?d like a pizza, whatever you feel like giving me!! Read more
Terrible customer service from a bunch of kids running a store. Placed my order in the app, arrived at the store and checked in... for curbside. 3 vehicles came up after us in the drive through and were served while we just sat there. I tried calling thestore twice and nobody would answer. I went to the door and it was locked even though the automated phone message says the lobbyis open for carry out. I knocked on the door and every single person working in the store saw me standing at the door and justlooked at me then went on doing something else. Finally had to get back in the vehicle and go to the drive through window wherethe guy proceeded to argue with me that I had not even checked in and then he told me that they don?t even know the procedurefor what to do when someone checks in. Extremely slow service. Took me almost 12 minutes to order over the phone. Then went to pickup had to wait outside at least 10... minutes till someone acknowledged that I was there but still didn't open the door. When they finally let me in, my pizzas weregetting cold waiting for me on the counter. At least the pizzas are still good. Someone needs to step up and provide bettercustomer service. Didn't realize till later that they have a drive thro window. I'll give a extra star for that Read more
I?ve ordered twice once over the phone , once online got there and never did I ever receive my pizzas. They tell me they haven?t... even started on them and it was over 30 minutes once it was over a hour the other time. I drove over 30 minutes to pick it upand we ending up having to go some were else to get food. I?ve never seen a place like this before. If I could have given themzero stars I would have. This store obviously needs new management and employees cause someone?s not doing their jobs. Read more
Ordered on line. Pizza w/ Spinach ,Cheese, and Pasta Primavera. Delicious.
