Due to a family member pass away the manager went beyond his duty to serve us the chicken we needed. In our time of need. We was... a walk-in and he was able to help us with the chicken that we needed. Other places we went to before going to KFC wouldn't helpus. We should have went to KFC first. They did have regular chicken and it was 15 minutes before they let me know. Didn't even offer my money back .bad management
I'm actually glad this KFC is under new management. Last time I was there (over a year ago) the food and attitudes were nasty.... The food was ok but there still a little attitude at the drive thru. Absolutely no patience. Probably was my last time going.Was there 2/25/22 the drive thru need to close. That same bad attitude and snapping at customer is aweful. Never again and I'vebeen told by a few people who experience the same treatment. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. Read more
Ordered the 8pc meal, which should be 2,2,2 and 2, got home a nd the bucket had 2 breasts then they loaded it with wings and... legs, no thighs( which is the piece I wanted. If they would have said we're put of thighs, it would be different. The last timeI went, they didn't have any original. Read more
There was a time I loved KFC but that place was just pure sorry. Greasy food ,no napkins no lids for the drink. I've ate better... biscuits out of a can. You will never see me there again. I should have turned around as soon as I walked through the door. Read more
