I did a mobile order online. I waited 30min before I headed in that direction because I know things take time. I was prepared to... wait in line and did(I had a sleeping baby other than that I would've went inside). After getting to the pick up window Iwaited 8min eventually the fellow asked me to pull up and wait. There i waited 17min. He brings my food and items are missing.So I got out to let them know NICELY and these sapsuckers acted like I was the problem and that's when it became a problem. Istill responded in kindness but y'all ....If you are the one making mistakes that are inconveniencing me.... shouldn't I be theone angry? If I am not angry and I am very understanding you should respond as such. I have hella patience but foolishness runsme thin every time. Smh I clearly said no ice in my drink but I realized they were busy while I was in my 8 min wait, sowhatever I'll just take them out myself. No need to inconvenience them. There were zero fries in the fry holder... looks likethey were dumped in the bag. As much as I bought it would have been nothing to wedge that fry holder between the food in the bagso that they do not fall out. Bro just show some courtesy of some kind. Food was barely warm. Some items were like they had been cooked for a while.
The Popeyes chicken is still good, they discontinued the dirty rice for a while but brought it back, imho they shouldn't have,... it's not the same recipe, the service and management is in the lousy department most of the time, I can only suggest you pay avisit and see for yourself, I'm just not excited about eating Popeyes chicken in Columbia, MS. I've had to pull up and wait for my order several times. The last time that I was asked to pull up, I waited 30 minutes. So I... had to go inside. They forgot me. Most of my order was barely warm. The crust wasn't crunchy, only moist. Read more
We ordered chicken sandwiches, well they were just breast removed from the bone and lightly battered. (Guessing they ran out of... the good chicken sandwich and tried to substitute). The manager on duty argued trying to tell us that's how they come... no theydo not, I've had them several times. Not friendly at this location. Disappointment to Popeye's brand! Read more
I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and it was Great! Customer service- Very poor. As she handed me my bag I said Thank you and she... said absolutely nothing to me. A smile and have a good day would have given 5 stars-Just some simple customer service skills. Read more
Love our local Popeyes! One of the only fast food places in town that the employees seem genuinely happy to see you and strive... to make your experience a good one. Even with a busted drive-thru speaker they hustled to fulfill orders. Read more
