Excellent food. We ordered their famous nachos and mahi tacos. We made a beeline to Addison?s after the football game and we sat... at the bar. Service was a little slow at first (why I gave only 4 stars) then 35 minutes later more staff arrived. Great food,great atmosphere and great location. Read more
The service was good, nothing to rave about but no complaints either. Employee dress code could be a little more professional... but the standards kind of gone down everywhere. We dined with three small kids , the kids menu was decent, kids liked theirfood. My husbands sandwich was pretty small and my salmon dish was huge. So the other reviews avoid portions have proven to becorrect. I enjoyed the salmon and baby potatoes very much but would have liked more asparagus and less potatoes. I literally got2 sticks of asparagus which was a bummer because it was perfectly roasted. If in the area we may stop by again. Definitelyrecommend to try this restaurant. Read more
I am sure the owners are wonderful and people like this place, but the food is typical bland mid-west cuisine. There is no... spice, the price is somewhat high for what you get, regardless if it is the American or Italian style food it falls flat, andI've never had a great time with staff. I guess if you are from Columbia you are used to it, but if you have ever traveledoutside the area you know there are better spots to eat at. Read more
We LOVED it! We got: ? Port Filet; zero complaints. Amazing flavor and that chef knows what rare is. ? Mediterranean Pizza;... that balsamic reduction takes you away from what you think you know about traditional pizza and the kalamata olives keep youthere. It's on the smaller size but it was fantastic ? Cucumber Salad; this side is small and simple but a perfect ratio.Perfect kick of vinegar? These are usually too powerful or too bland, this was a perfect refreshing side ? Mojito Fries; thesewere our biggest gripe with the entire experience. I'm pretty sure the fries were cooked hours earlier then just rolled in someoil, garlic and maybe a hint of lime juice. Big miss here. ? Pink Drink: a perfect Rumchata fruity cocktail! Sweet and perfectlybalanced. ? Pomegranate Basil Marg: not as perfect but still an 8/10. Very flavorful and definitely a good alcohol choice, as itpeaks through the fruity side and bites you a bit. Ordered online for carry-out; an appetizer, 2 entrees and 2 kids meals..said it be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up exactly 10... minutes later and it was handed to 2 minutes after that. The crab Rangoon dip was delicious and salmon cooked perfectly. Onlyspent $50. Fantastic will definitely choose Addison?s again. We got carry out, hopefully dine in would be a better experience. Portions to cost were a bit inconsistent. Wife's wrap was... definitely not worth the price, but my half order of nachos could have fed a football team. Unfortunately, while the wife'swrap tasted good the same could not be said about my nachos. They stacked it so all the savory toppings melting together in thebottom, and the top was completely smothered in the way too sweet BBQ sauce. Tried cutting through and mixing to get an evendistribution, but just couldn't get it to a point where I could bear eating it. Anyways, pretty unfair to nuke a place over onebad dish so I'll give it an OK for now and re-evaluate later. Edit: Went back for a dine in. Service was very good, but mywife's medium burger was burnt to a crisp and my beef sandwich was pretty dry. They fixed the burger once we pointed it outthough, and it was fine. Read more
Addison was a nice treat! With a pretty good wine selection I enjoyed a nice red blend while snacking on the crab dip appetizer.... Dip was nice and creamy but could've had a lil more crab taste to it. Soon after our Salmon entree arrived. It was so tender andcooked to perfection with lovely sweet mustard sauce that accented it very well. Cheese potatoes were amazing!! Service wasfriendly and helpful when ordering. Went to Columbia for an Ultimate Frisbee Tournament and a friend?s son going to school in Columbia took us here for a great meal... and the service was definitely served with a helpful and gracious waitress! My steak was perfect and delicious! Highly recommendgoing here if you visit this beautiful town and college campus! Read more
