Normally love the service and products. However, as I stood in line with my dog; I would see 6 cars leave the drive through to... one person leaving the walk up widow(3 available, one open. Compared to one DT widow and a tablet taking advance orders). When Iquestioned staff, I was ignored and dismissed by a member whom seemed to be in charge. Causing animosity in the line towards mefor further causing delay. Another member then told me that they prioritize the DT over walk-up. This is unacceptable. I willnot be returning. Read more
Although I have enjoy Andy's Custard many times I had never had the waffle cone so today I decided to give it a shot. The young... called my name and I stepped up and took my cone and began working away at it then I made it to the waffle cone itself. Place is usually really good but this 4th of July afternoon the girl at the window got our order wrong then got a attitude with... us because of her mistake. The blonde lady working the window had me leaving in tears. I had gone to 2 places before Andy?s to grab ice cream for kids in... the back. Panera was closed. McDonald?s machine was broken. I had Apple Pay, but Andy?s doesn?t take Apple Pay. So I give herthe photo of card I?m using to manually input (I didn?t travel w wallet since first 2 places I was trying to visit take ApplePay). She didn?t have the patience to deal w it and I asked to please give me a chance to get her another card since this is the3rd place I?ve visited. She said bye have a good day and shut the window in my face?I felt so humiliated. I drove off with myorder just sitting on the counter. This was a great experience, as always. Andy?s is a must have whenever we are in the Columbia or Osage Beach area. I had the... Stolen Brownie Sundae. It was delicious. I especially love the roasted pecans. The brownie is delicious. I wish they had alittle bit more ice cream in the sundae but otherwise it was great. My son had the Oreo concrete.
