Terrible resturant this location hardly gets business for a reason. Not to mention no employee washes their hands before... touching food, given both men and women's restrooms don't have working plumbing. Reciept printer doesn't work, food is hard andchewy. Arbys the equivalent of mcdonalds but odd enough they're worse than. I wouldn't recommend this location. Read more
Really long line at the drive through, so I went inside. The young lady that took my order had a pleasant attitude. My order was... perfect Beef n Cheddar, curly fries & a drink. I sat in the lobby, by the drive through. The cars were moving steady. The crewinside were working together quickly. There were only four on duty. Nobody messing around all business. With so many poor customer service experiences out there to be had lately, I admit I was very surprised with the patience,... kindness and sense of humor used by the young man who took my order, he seemed to genuinely care that I not feel rushed and thathe help me any way he could! When I got the the window, the lady working there was SO nice and funny, her and the young manobviously enjoy working together and what an efficient, helpful and wonderful attitude they showed to me! The staff here was really nice, Food is so so, but you can't have too high of expectations for a chain place.
Thought the drive through was broken, said hello countless times and waited I don't know how long just to give up and pull ahead... to the window. Once there they gave np apologies and were annoyed I wanted to order at the window. Read more
Fast and easy but watch your step those floors haven't been cleaned since Nam, it's like a BP oil slick in there. Half the time... 1-2 of them are on there cell talking or face timing and won't see you come in, so drive-thru is faster. Read more
I ate at this establishment today after church service. I walked in and two different families were ahead of me. The cashier was... nonchalant as if her job really didn't matter. When I approached the counter I ordered a Greek gyro, small crinkle fries andwater. I had no idea if I needed to come back up to get my order or if they were going to bring it out to the table. My fries looked over cooked but it was old grease I'm assuming due to my fries haven't looked like this before at this establishment.The Greek gyro was tasty and presentation was nice. Read more
Hands down one of the worst Arbys, I?ve tried around 10+ times and always bad. Most recent, the bread is raw and meat lukewarm.... You would be better off with gas station food. Read more
