Just waited 15 minutes to be helped at 8:50pm on a Wednesday 6/20. they knew I was there and it wasn’t busy I was just the... only person by the register just waiting by myself. I work in the food industry and this is ridiculous and lazy. When I wasfinally helped by what seemed to be manager she was dismissive and she told me it would be a 30 min. I’ve ate at two other Bdubs this was the worse one I’ve seen. Wings not covered completely. They did bring more sauce out... but still not acceptable. People were friendly is why this doesn’t get one star. It did take awhile to get drinks from the barbut they were kinda busy. Read more
I spent 41.06 on 2 Chicken Quesadillas and a 10 piece Bone in Chicken order. Both of the Quesadillas were overcooked and they... were cold. The box was so wet from the tomatoes, lettuce and onion that it tore, and also made part of it soggy! I have eatenfrom here many times as well as had food delivered. This is the last time I will EVER get it delivered! From now on I will go inperson and order so that way I can check it there. I am tremendously disappointed with this order. Honestly one of the best environments I have ever been with. Food is always hot the waitress that served us Ms. Nicci/Ms. Jaiden... did wonderful job!
