come here everyday last two months...store should just be shutdown due to its unproductive wait times
Very confused - the female associate showed me a hand drawn diagram of the pumps w/numbers & had me point to the pump I wanted... to prepay for. She then said "oh someone prepaid but didn't pump" to a male (associate?) who didn't really look like anassociate considering his clothing. she says to male associate- "I'll move it to pump one", I then go to my corresponding pumpwhich is pump 3 to pump my gas, after multiple attempts it fails to pump so I return inside to ask what the issue was- she thentells me to back up to pump 5, now note 4 pumps have out of order sleeves on the gas pump. I reverse to pump 5 where the malethen offered than insisted to pump my gas for me. Afterwards he proceeded to pump 1, another pump that had the out of ordersleeve on it and pumped gas from that pump as well into a gas can. What the heck are y'all trying to pull because it was allextremely unprofessional and suspect. Read more
Was in line and a young lady in front of me had concerns about the cost of her items. The clerk behind the register at the time,... a 30 something year old black male was very condescending and demeaning to this young lady in front of several other customersin line. Very unprofessional and on another occasion I seen an employee leave there in tears because of the way her employeeswere treating her. This store needs a complete overhaul on employees, needs retraining and consequences for their actions. Ordered a pizza from there for delivery and got the wrong one, then after calling and asking them to send the correct pizza and... the guy working there saying he would make another and send it, we never heard back from them the rest of the night so hestraight up lied and we didnt get what we paid for. Best pizza in town!! Always ahead food in the warmers!! Soda is always kept up!!

Clerks are very rude about using there bathroom. They have out of order signs on the bathroom because they don't want any to do... there job and keep the bathroom clean. The assistant manager said it's not her job to clean bathrooms, but I'm sure when shesigned up for this job keeping the bathrooms clean is on the task list. Read more
