Ordered food for delivery and it was delivered extremely fast. I was surprised. Well, if it comes that fast, its gotta be... pre-made. I was right about that. It was cold and everything tasted old. Chicken was dry, rice was dry, you know stuff that justsits in warmers and gets served when someone orders it. I spent over 50 for two and we threw most of it away, probably 70%.Won't be ordering from here any more. Read more
We ordered lunch for multiple people at our place of business. They were fast with our delivery. Everything was labeled which... made it easy to distribute to each person. The food was still steaming when we got it & it tasted amazing. Not to mention, therewere no errors or complications. Highly recommend ordering here. We will for sure be back!! Read more
Each time I have picked up an order there as an Uber delivery driver, I am always impressed with this restaurant's efficiency.... The food is usually ready when I get to the restaurant for pick up and if I have to wait (which is very rare) it is no more than5-10 mins. On a personal level, same. I have ordered from here several times and the food is done in a timely manner and hotregardless if I order ahead of time or I come in the restaurant to order. Read more
For the most part, I have liked this place and have been ordering from there for a couple years. Favorites are 'Chicken with... Black Pepper' and 'Curry Chicken with Onion.' However, I had a recent annoying experience whereby they had a coupon for a free2-litter on their website that didn't specify any restrictions. I called to make sure I had attached it correctly to my orderand they refused to honor the coupon because it was "only for in store." As the web order had already been charged and Icouldn't cancel it, I decided to drive there to get my free soda (along with my order), they only refunded me $3.00 (from the$3.50 delivery fee that had been tacked on), and they passively aggressively circled the restriction on the menu they attachedto my paper bag with the food. Given I'm sure they recognize my number as a somewhat regular customer, you'd think they'd justhonor it and update the online coupon. Hopefully this was a one-off. But just be aware that the online versions of theircoupons on their own website may be outdated. Read more
Absolutely Horrible. I have ordered from this place for years. It is my daughters favorite place in town. I will NEVER eat here... again. We normally do delivery but due to the 95 minute wait time we did carry out. I should have known by looking at how dirtyand unsanitary the restaurant was to cancel the order, my mistake. On Saturday 12/11/2021 I ordered $69 worth of non-ediblefood. My ordered included 3 black pepper chicken with fried rice, beef and broccoli with lo mien, sweet and sour chicken withfried rice and a Triple Delight. Three black pepper chicken was not made correctly( had onion and green pepper), dry with nosauce. The lo mien noodles in my beef and broccoli were over cooked and the sweet and sour chicken was cold. All the foodlooked as if was returned by previous customers and re-served. No one in my party of 9 was able to eat this DISGUISTING FOOD! Wecalled several times(Call log to prove it) and was placed on hold and hung up on several times as the owner refused to speak tous. On Sunday 12/12/2021 we called again and was told to dig all the food out of the trash and bring it to them????? Theywouldn't let us bring it up Saturday when it happened as they didn't want to deal with it. I told them they are more thanwilling to come dig through my trash and I have a receipt for the gross "food" they served, but they didn't want to do it. Fast service and fair price. The kitchen was busy and there were so many take out and door dash delivery orders going... out! Egg drop soup and egg rolls weren’t actually tasty. The sesame chicken was good. Honestly, and I can’t believe I’msaying this, Hyvee Chinese was better the last time we had it. I will try again. Read more
