2 PC cod dinner was so greasy I hardly made it to bathroom in time. 4 piece chicken meal had no flavor . Fries were cold & so... we're cheese bites. This is normally a great, flavourful place to eat. Not sure what the issue was but I certainly won'trecommend eating there till it gets corrected! Read more
I had contacted this Culver's to let them know I was bringing a bus full (57) to their store 8/17/22 about 5:30, on our way... through Columbia. That day, I called them to make them aware that several events caused us to be there an hour earlier than wewere expected, and not as hungry, so would likely be ordering more drinks and ice cream treats than food. Our service there wasabsolutely OVER THE TOP!! They had employees holding the doors open for us; they had extra staff that provided us with impeccable, fast, friendly, courteous service. They even came around collecting our trash for us. We have sponsored many bustrips and have never had service like that at any food stop before!! We will definitely stop there again and recommend it toanyone in the area. KUDOS to the management and staff here!! Read more

I visited the Culver's over on Stadium. It was about 11:30am I walked in the establishment and noticed the cleanliness of the... inside. The employee stated he could have someone over here and I walked up. I placed my order a cheeseburger with ketchup,mustard, lettuce, tomato and pickles with fries and water. He gave me my total and other items. When the food arrived at thetable I received hot fresh fries and a cheeseburger with the cheese NOT MELTED and a pinch of lettuce. I took it back up thereto be made like it should have been in the first place but no apologies were given but they corrected the issue. I'm paying forthe food I shouldn't have to ask for a second time remake it should have been done the first time. Where is apologies to thecustomers? Please explain Read more
If you're on the go, Culver's has some of the best burgers you will find in fast food. Well worth the wait, as they cook to... order... and make sure to get their fries and cheese curds too! Can't go wrong here! Read more
We went during the super-busy lunchtime rush...the drive-through line blocked part of the parking lot. Luckily the dining room... was only about half full and we walked right up to order with no wait. Two delicious shakes and a burger arrived quickly at ourtable about the time I realized the drive-through line has evaporated. Employees checked with us to make sure our food was good.Another employee was helping a diner at another table who apparently had dietary restrictions and needed extra information.Delicious burger and super thick, delicious shakes!
