I ordered a few donuts and several toasted bagel sandwiches through DoorDash. I open my door and just saw the donuts, confused... I called my dasher and inquired about the rest of my order. He said their ovens were down. That would have been nice to know. Ispent an almost 20 dollars on food that I didn?t get and didn?t get a call to let me know. I called the store and asked for arefund for the stuff that I didn?t get and they basically told me I have to go through the app to get my refund. At this pointforget it. I just wish they would have made it clear online or would have had the dasher call me that several products cannot bemade. Read more
Manager arguing with staff in front of customers. Waited 10 min for a small coffee four people after me got theirs first I... asked for money back at 10 min he told me no I said I at the doughnut already I wanted my coffee with my doughnut. Clean environment, quiet, probably because at 7:20pm your asked to leave because they lock the lobby in order to clean up. Drive... through is still open until 8pm NOT 10pm like Google says. If you want to do homework Lakota coffee across the street would bebetter. Read more
The 3 staff that I interacted with seemed discontent, inattentive, and in poor spirits. I left to later find my order was... wrong. Went back to address the issue, and the cashier cut me off while trying to place the order and was told to pullaround. Got to the window to an unapologetic and rude Megan. She hands me another drink that's clearly incorrect. (Iced vshot) I tell her what my order was, eyes rolled with inconvenience. She comes back with my drink and passively aggressively handme the drink I'm silence. Don't go here for this reason. Pay a slight bit more for correct orders, consistency, and anuplifting interaction at nearly ANY other coffee shop. Read more
I am a Dunkin fan! This is one place I can get my Butternut, chocolate crème filled and coconut donuts. I am a fussy fix my... own flavor decaf cup of coffee, using coconut or oat milk and a flavor, or two different ones. The employee who served this 70year old lady was pleasant and took excellent care of me. And his good looks made my day, I asked and he said I could post hispicture. On the East Coast, every DD is the bomb! They're scattered throughout the northwest like McDonald's. Forget Starbucks, everyone... comes here. So I was super excited to see this one in Columbia....pretty store, customer service is terribly lacking. I get itthat they only make min wage, but they have NOT been trained well. 11.15.17 11:30am. The young girl helping us was distracted,unfriendly and unhelpful. The older gentleman working the window saw us standing by the ice cream and couldn't be bothered tosmile, greet us and actually ran in the back. The donuts were fine, my iced coffee was okay and we laughed out butts off when wesaw the first sign below, posted on the counter. These people working are rude. They have an attitude every time I show up & try to order. They make people feel very... uncomfortable, they rush your order, & they have no people skills whatsoever. My bad for coming & asking if you have a chocolatedonut, sorry I guess I should?ve known that you were all out already at 10 am while I?m in the drive thru. Read more
