This particular location was extremely clean, service was stellar. Our food was served to us in a very satisfactory time period;... quick, but hot and delicious. Our server was one the best cashiers/ servers we have ever had. No hyperbole whatsoever. I askedhim his name before we departed because he was so friendly and just did an exemplary job all around. His name was Aaron by theway. He had mentioned that this isn't even his location. Well, he would be an asset to any location he worked. Simply anincredible experience all around! Today at dinner time the restaurant was short staffed according to the manager. Nobody in the establishment had attitudes about... it except for the manager. She made it a point to tell the same group of people 3 different times about how short staffed theywere all but ushering us out the door. She got what she wanted. We left. Can't run a successful business without workers andthey need reasonable pay. Otherwise more business will be lost. How they get some help. Read more
Only bad thing i can say about this place is that the food was not very warm at all. When you go into a place like that for the... lunch special then you should at least get hot food, not Luke warm or cold and should be at least very warm if not hot. Now theserver was very polite and very helpful and even offered my granddaughter a better deal for her meal which saved me at least acouple of bucks. Thank You.. Read more
I had a serious issue with employees at this location in the past however it does seem that they have indeed corrected the... issues and made good effort to hire effective management. I do however wish thier reward system would get an overhaul i wasgiven a 25 dollar gift card to try them again after the issue and it expired super quick never got to use it. The food was delicious. The Dine in experience was good. We really like the quantity and quality of food they served.
I just made my first trip to facility?s in over two years and it will be my last trip for another two years. I ordered spaghetti... with meatballs and 5 wings. I asked for them extra crispy and they said no problem. I waited at the drive-thru window for about15 minutes before getting my food. I was totally fine with this given it would take extra time to make my wings crispy. Uponreturning home, I realized not only were my wings not crispy, but they were soggy, pale and drowning in sauce. Ordered the pick 2, spaghetti with marinara, & fettuccine with alfredo, & an order of mozzarella bites. The mozzarella bites... were the best I've ever had from anywhere! Highly recommend. Something in the drive thru was not working correctly, I sat in thedrive thru at the speaker for over 5 minutes. I wanted to eat inside, but as I was parking saw a couple attempt to go in, butthe door was locked. I called the restaurant, when someone answered I asked if they were closed because I was in the drive thruwaiting for someone to acknowledge I was there.
