The worst I ever had. If I could give negative stars it would be negative 10. Front door was locked from inside and a guest had... to let us in. Then we got our food it was cold and the buns were burned black. We told them about it and gave me another sandwith cold bun and my husband's was also burned. They said it was because they were using butter to toast them. LOL!! Tell that 2someone who hasn't been working in restaurants for over 35 years. Food was hot and fresh. Biscuits fluffy and fresh. The problem was we didn't get what we ordered. It makes me think they shove... whatever they have the most of because you're in the drive thru and people don't always have time to pull everything out of thebag to see if it's correct or not. You trust the workers to pay attention and do their job right. Read more
Going through the drive thru took like 15 minutes, which isn't great for a fast food spot. Very slow, and the service wasn't... very friendly. Read more

Went through drive thru and the lady that took our order was so friendly!!! She even made us laugh!! Our order was right, hot,... and fresh. We ate in the parking lot and even went back through again to get the apple pies which was delicious and hot!! Read more
Today I was extremely disappointed in the food served here. The coffee was cold and the cinnamon roll was brick hard. You... couldn't get a metal fork through that thing. Biscuit on sandwich over cooked. I consider the cost of the meal a donation. Read more
Last order was back in the summer. Placed through Hardee's website for delivery, they didn't have what I ordered, was told by... doordash the order would be cancelled multiple times (got other food in the mean time), it took me contacting the 3rd partydelivery company for them to stop sending drivers for the order that was supposed to be cancelled. They still took my money ofcourse. Contacted Hardee's support multiple times, took OVER A MONTH to hear anything back. If you aren't going in person don'tbother. Edit: Contacted them through the link provided 3 weeks ago and still didn't hear anything back. Similar to the lasttime I tried contacting them with this issue. Read more
