Weird drive-through lane but the food was good. This one is a little out of our way but much better than the one closer to us.
Have never been here before today. Definitely won't be going back. I could not understand the girl on the speaker. I told her... what sandwich, and didn't understand her asking what chips. When I finally figured out what she was saying I finished myorder. Up at the window, I finally understood why, if she would take some of the metal out of her lips, people would be able totalk to her. So on to the order. Lil John BLT Combo. $9.17. I'm truly disappointed ????. The chips were stale, can't eatthem. The sandwich had only 2 pieces of bacon on it, But tons of lettuce. Just tried to order through the app and was told that they don't deliver. Called the store and was told the same. We live less... than 5 minutes away and they've always delivered before. Ordered Pickleman's instead. Their store is downtown, much fartheraway. Delivery was quick, sandwiches were awesome! Read more

I ordered a beach club. Beach club specifically comes with turkey as the main ingredient. These people literally forgot to put... turkey on the sandwich. Talk to the manager and he said that they get busy and these things happen. You work at a sandwich shopand forget to put meat on the sandwich you should probably quit your job. Also the manager was not apologetic at all. Soundedlike a complete a-hole. Literally didn't even offer an apology! Completely their fault and everyone I talked to about it wasextremely rude. I work in sales and customer service and absolutely would apologize as much as I could for my mistake if I werethem. But their manager honestly doesn't deserve his position. I work near this place but I'm just going to get delivery from adifferent Jimmy John's from now on. The least I can do for this place is never give them my money again. Now I have to go backto get my sandwich remade without any compensation for my time or inconvenience. If I could give a negative star I would. Iswear on my life I will never give this place my money again for how they responded to a situation that was absolutely theirfault. Read more
I am so disappointed in this place all the way around. On three different occasions my order has been made incorrectly and not... by just one error, this is multiple errors. Also tried contacting the store directly to have it corrected, but management willrefuse to communicate with you. Luckily, I got to my daughter?s sandwich to look at it before she ate it. She is allergic tomilk and cheese, of course they took it upon themselves to ignore my order and put cheese on her sandwich. Always love the number 13 I always add hot peppers to it. Deal it up with a root beer and jalapeño chips. It's always fast and... friendly and although I dine out the inside is always on point. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. And if that's not enough theyalso have pickles dips and other incentives for using your phone number for rewards. Free sandwiches pickles dips I've earnedthem all. Definitely recommend the one on rangeline in my hometown of Columbia, mo. Read more
