Ordered online delivery - site accepted my funds, along with a delivery tip - got a call 15 minutes later that they don't have a... delivery driver available and can cancel my order or I can come pick it up. Asked about the delivery fee as well as my tip, andwas reassured those would be refunded. Got to the restaurant - guy was talking to his wife/girlfriend on the phone, and didn'teven acknowledge me when I walked in. Literally threw my sandwiches at me as he still talked to his wife/girlfriend, and notsaying a word to me. I asked about my tip/delivery fee, and he nodded at me and walked in the back. My order was completelywrong - I called immediately when I got home, but of course no answer. Payment was still processed with delivery fee and tip. Iemailed Jimmy Johns and heard promptly from the "manager" who apologized for my experience and offered me a full credit - Iaccepted, as my family loves Jimmy Johns but told him it needed to be at a different location. He never got back to me, despitemy additional efforts to continue responding to him. Just terrible customer service. I wish there bread wasn't so good - I'dnever go back, but those tasty carbs are hard to stay away from! lol Avoid this location, friends. Read more
Not open till 12am as recently updated. Drive thru lights were out at 1140pm with no service on a Saturday night. Don't waste... your time.... downtown is a better option. Truly open till 12am. Read more

Ordered ahead of time for curbside pickup and had to call after waiting about 15 minutes in the parking lot they told me they... were working on my order. I then saw them help about 3 people in the drive through before I got my order and my son was gettingrestless in the back. After about 20 more minutes I called again and they said they were about to bring it out. When the guybrought it out he gave me a nasty look. I wouldn?t have ordered through that app if I had known they would wait until helpingeveryone in the drivethru to make my order. To top it off, the guy that brought out my order said ?sorry about the wait, I?m theonly one making sandwiches, so?.? With a rude attitude. If you don?t want to do your job without making customers feel out ofline for waiting 30 plus minutes for their food, then get a different job. Definitely not going back to that place.
