We drove further off the highway to this location on our road trip so that we could get coffee and stretch our legs. It was... 1020p when we arrived and the door was locked. The door hours and online hours stated they were open until 11p. We waved to anemployee and they informed us the lobby was closed. We asked if the hours had changed and had the door closed on us. We were sodisappointed! We are understanding and compassionate customers and perhaps there were unforseen circumstances.. no explanationand door being closed in our face was unnecessary.. and sad. Horrible customer service. Ordered food and was given someone else's order! Do not recommend anyone eat here; all employees act... like it is killing them or too painful to actually just do the job they are being paid for! Plus no indication that ice creammachine is STILL down and has been for months! Guess I should've figured that one because no one is smart enough to clean itevery night so they just hang an out of order sign on it! Kind of like the lobby these days! Everyone here is lazy and doesn'tput the customer first! Quit instead of make your customer put up with your terrible attitude. As someone who was walking by at 9pm or so, I was like, I want to use my points that are expiring. Selected a spot to get my... order in the spot I selected in the parking lot, mind you, designated spots for carside. Walking or not is the same. They tookmy points for the order and I then had to knock on windows and the door to even get an answer as to where my order was. Managerwas rude, disrespectful and threatened to call the police on me for asking an honest question. Don't go here after dark,nothing but failures and people who hate their jobs. If you want the WORST service and WORST food... this place is right foryou. Read more

The lady taking the orders was great. The young lady that brought food to table was terrible, rude, and had a very bad... attitude. When the grandchildren went to play in Playland there was a young male laying down in a corner sleeping, Iconfronted him and he could not understand my concerns. So as we left I reported incidents to Manager Haley, she said that shewould handle it, but it totally appeared she was giving me the brush off. Very unhappy Customer ???? ?? Read more
The lobby isn't open and I could've ordered and eaten anything on GrubHub in the amount of time it took me to arrive, order, and... receive my food. Even during the dinner rush I would expect maybe a 10 minute wait. Not this time! No exaggeration, fromstart to finish in the drive thru was 45 minutes. Wouldn't recommend it if you're in a hurry. Love this location. Be forewarned that because of covid the dining area at this particular location closes early around 5:00 or... 6:00 if I remember correctly. Staff here is very quick and friendly for the most part everybody has their off days and we won'tdock them for that. They've got my order wrong a couple times but nothing out of the average of any other store. So thisparticular location McDonald's gets four stars on my list come check them out they'll be glad to see you. Read more
The employees are generally nice, but day in and day out, this McDonald's closes its lobby or closes entirely at random times.... It is unpredictable and poorly managed. There are other McDonald's in Columbia that are much more consistent in their hours andopen lobby times that are worth the few extra minutes of driving. Don't waste your time coming here. Read more
