Waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 1 order of fries. The excuse was they were short staff. They were not! I counted 13 +... people. They couldn't even keep up with the drive through. When I was younger, I worked at this store. Drive thru was timed andwe got orders out on time. I called the manager and she didn't seem to care about my complaint. Won't go back again!!!@ Read more
Ordered curbside on the mobile app at the smiley location today. Waited for about 15 min then went inside to check on our order... after it showed that the curb side order was complete on the app.. we received 1 item and then had to continue to wait foranother 20 min for a big Mac! The whole time we were waiting many others had gotten their orders, and other cars that pulled upafter me in curb side got their orders. It should have not taken over 30 min for 2 items, they really need to get it together atthis location because didn't seem like low staff was the issue, they had plenty of workers. I never have this issue at curbsideat other McDonald's locations. Read more
Went through the drive thru at Smiley Lane. After ordering I get to the second window and the Manger was going to hand me the... drinks. I asked for a drink carrier. She says a drink carrier, yes there are 3 drinks and you can see I'm the only adult in thevehicle. So she proceeded to hand me my food and I ask if I could get another syrup. She grabs some and I say thank you, noresponse. So I say thank you again and she just stares at me. We are supposed to be teaching the you get generation manners andcustomer service, when the adults can even do it themselves. I don't know what has happened at this location. If I could give half a star then I would. Their bags and wrappers are outdated and their grill tags that say what the food is,... were clearly clearly taken from another food wrapper as there was torn wrapper stuck to the grill tag. Not to meation the foodtastes of old grease. I order two McChickens with extra mayonnaise and they failed at the simple task of putting extramayonnaise. Will definitely avoid going there in the future as they're really going downhill. Read more
Today is August 24 and I went to the McDonald?s on Clark Lane to get a breakfast burrito and a hash brown for my daughter there... was a unusual amount of hair in my daughters breakfast burrito and when I tried to call the store back they would not answer thephone so I decided to call Smiley Lane to see if they could assist me the manager who answered the phone which is Ashley wasvery respectful and had empathy for my situation she even replaced a meal that did not come from their store!!! I am verygrateful that they handle this situation more better than the McDonald?s on Clark Lane because when I went in there to informthem of what happened a employee by the name of Stephanie was very disrespectful and had no empathy for the situation sheliterally laughed at me in my face do not go to the McDonald?s on Clark Lane!!! There was a huge rush, so we?re glad we ordered ahead! Staff were quick to get our food out despite the line going out the lot,... and they were respectful even though they were in a hurry. The lobby was extremely clean, and everything was well-kept. The foodwas good, the fries were fresh, and the soda was crisp. Overall a very good experience. We had tried 2 locations before thisand one has closed early without posting on their app and the other had horrendous service. Read more
Ordered a meal with medium fries and I received my fried container with it being about 20% full. Essentially getting less than... what they give in a small fry I checked in the bag, there's none in there. So I'm not sure what the hell happened but this isridiculous and I figured I needed to say something. Read more
Drive through was really slow, it took about 15 minutes to get through the drive through and they didn't have egg nog shakes... which I miss, but food was ok. Read more
