Standard McDonalds. When going through the drive through during busy times, be in the right / outside lane. They do two cars in... the right lane for every one in the left lane. This tip would have saved me a lot of time this morning. Read more

Waited 20 minutes to get the wrong order. When I called to see if they could bring my order out to my car and not wait in line,... they said I would have to come inside and show them my receipt. Thats Understandable, until I went to the doors and they arelocked. I want my money back. Read more

Generally, I?ve tried to give this location (Columbia, Nifong) grace, in spite of their service always being at a snails pace... and my order is usually wrong. Staffing is hard and we?re all human so mistakes happen, I get it. I worked in customerservice for 15+ years. HOWEVER, this mornings interaction was inexcusable. (9/22/22, 8:00am) I ordered curbside ahead before Ireached the location via the app (the function was turned on and available), and when I pulled up all of the curbside spots hadorange cones in them. The app would not let me back out of curbside and select another pickup option, so, not knowing what elseto do, I selected the nearest curbside spot to where I had actually parked. A man whom I presume to be the manager shortly cameout and removed the cones, so I pulled into the appropriate spot which I had selected and waited for my order, figuring they hadjust opened curbside. The manager came back out with my order and I greeted him kindly, but he started yelling at me about howif the cones are out then they don?t have the staff to have curbside open. I explained my situation to him, but he continued toyell at and berate me (obviously pregnant, if that means anything) until I cried. I would understand his reaction if I had been?a Karen,? but I was polite and apologetic the whole time. So, if you don?t want to be treated like human garbage for somethingyou have no control over, don?t go to this location. No one deserves that sort of treatment, on either side of the servicecounter. Drive on, find a location that is open for business and values it's customers. This is the only McDonalds I have ever been to... that constantly closes it's lobby and drive thru lanes to 1 lane. Extremely rude to customers when the order is wrong or givenaway to the wrong customer at the mobile order spot, not once but several times now. Orders are shorted almost every time wevisit this location. No more! Do better! Read more

McDonalds is no longer fast, but this one is still super friendly. It is definitely one of the fastest McDonalds in Columbia MO.... However, when you are that busy and still serve warm food, with a smile no order errors; that's great service in my book. Read more

Person taking my order did not listen to what I said therefore I didn't get what I wanted even after I had to keep repeating... myself. The guy that took my money was super nice so thats a plus but then I get to the other window to get my food and that guyis just standing there eating not acknowledging me at all. So I wait and he finally opens window, hands me my bag, doesn't say aword, I notice it's not what I ordered and say something. I check the receipt and notice it just wasn't taken right. Mind youthis guy at the window still had food covering his mouth from the breakfast sandwich he was just eating. It's always somethingat this place and it's just getting worse. The professionalism and customer service is gone. Read more

Waited half an hour for a to go order and was never served despite ordering at the kiosk. The poor gal stick with dealing with... incomplete orders, cranky customers, etc. Do yourself a favor and avoid this outlet. It makes the business loop location lookgood! Read more
