Not much service to speak of, as it is basically a fast food restaurant, but the food is really good, and certainly filling.

Avis and his rockstar team are absolutely the best. THE BEST!!!! We had a very last minute need for two catering orders at Boone... Health, for a total of about 50 people between the two orders, and Avis said he would make it happen for me and have it ready bynoon. Boy did he! I was greeted by his kind and welcoming staff when I arrived and they were so happy with how they pulledeverything off for us in such a quick turnaround time. Everything was divided out perfectly for our two orders, and our staffwho were so lucky to get to fill their bellies with some yummy Pancheros, were so thankful! Avis has created a lifelongcustomer from the Boone Health Human Resources department and our hospital! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I used to go to this location multiple times per week, but in the last couple of months it smells like dirty baby diapers. I... think it is a cleaner they use. If you go, I suggest going when the line is short so you don't have to stand in it as long. I'vewatched multiple people leave due to the smell. Read more

With a large tour group. What a surprise. Seems like it is setup as Chipotle. I followed ordering process as described when... entering. Tacos (2) were excellent. Lots of food for the price and good food. The chicken quesadilla was outstanding. The addedspicy Hot Tomato sauce was not very spicy but did have good flavor. The tables were clean and a very open atmosphere. Staff wasfriendly in taking our orders and in the preparation also. Will be looking for Pancheros as food options when on the road. Read more
