I tried to call the Broadway and 63 location after going through the drive-through. I couldn?t get through so I will leave the... review and hope a manager sees it. I love this place and I?ve never had a poor experience until today. The food is excellent, noproblem there. My problem today is with the woman working the drive-through. It was Tuesday 10/18/22 at 1:30pm. She talked superfast and tried to rush me through my order. When I got to the window I asked her to tell me what my main dish was. I was certainshe did not hear me say beyond orange chicken, since she was rushing me and talking over me while I ordered. She looked at meand and a look of disgust came over her face, as I asked the question. To my surprise, she had understood me to say beyondorange chicken. Great. Then she handed me my bag and says can you hold on please. I say yes and I sit and wait because I haven?treceived my drink yet. Then she comes back to the window and just looks at me with that same look again, and I ask ?can I havemy drink? It was a Coke Zero.? She gives me a look of disbelief and turns around to make me a drink. So instead of saying thankyou and sending me off, she had actually said nothing to me, and was talking to the next customer over the speaker when sheasked ?can you hold on please?? I think this whole experience could?ve been better If she had slowed down and was more patientwhile taking my order through the drive-through. And it?s always a good idea to repeat the order before telling me to come tothe window. Saying thank you, being friendly and smiling would be a nice touch too. Drive through order- Seriously this was the quantity of orange chicken in the bowl when we took it out of the bag. After... looking at the receipt to verify realized we were actually charged for a plate. Overcharged and no food! Have called 4 times.They don?t answer and the phone survey number is disconnected. It gas been a long time(since being in Wisconsin) between Panda Expree meals; that is a good thing, though. This time good... counter service, an affordable deal for two, and friendly help with several questions help make this experience notable andmemorable- so, thank you for that. Noticed that more rice and less entree were put in the bowls. The crew are really hard workers. Orange chicken was great as... always. Sesame Chicken is back, but slightly different. Green beans and yellow peppers with it and not as sweet. Still Good. Rest room clean. Price for 2 bowls and drinks was 29. Read more

Tried to call and see if they were open. According to their website they were. I knew I was going to be close getting there. But... no answer on the phone. I was able to get there right as they were closing. But it looks like they locked up a few minutesearly. Plenty of cars in their parking lot. Adding this location to my black list of places is easy enough. I won't be back. Read more
