I ordered a bowl of cheddar-broccoli soup and an iced tea. When I picked up my meal, I was appalled that the bowl was only half... full! This is a pic of it before I took my first spoonful. I should have ordered the cup! One other thing bothered me: the olderwoman sweeping cut in front of me three times and wouldn't move until she swept up every last crumb. Salenia at the Bernadette location is the best. I sent her a picture of my delivery in which all my drink had made it into the... baggie and not in the cup it was delivered in. She brought over a new drink and a box full of cookies! I've always loved Panerabut now I love it more! :) Read more
Lyndon ( no name tag, so had to ask him for his name ) at the cash, got my order wrong, before that I was waiting at the cash... behind a lady who was served before me but Lyndon moved to the other cash and served a big family who came after me. My chocolate croissant was delicious.
First visit and went through the drive-thru. For the prices they charge, they need to focus on quality control of their food! ... My order of half of sandwich and half salad. Per photos, salad was full of old rotten Lettuce and the croutons were just staleold chunks of bread. The hunk of bread was tossed in the bag, not wrapped up or in a container. Disgusting! Hey, whats to say: very inviting. So, the ordering is quick- though, sometimes difficult- and thorough. The set up is orderly,... soda fountains/drink dispensers are located in a well traveled area. Be aware of passerbys as they embark upon their eating andhurried lunch ritual. Pleasant peoples are there to make your experience enjoyable and worth venturing back. Read more
