Ordered a turkey deli turkey sandwich, as I took a bite I noticed a sour smell and when I opened up the sandwich it had 2 moldy... tomatoes and I smelled the turkey and it was very very old and sour almost smelled like a wet dog. I am not one to bash or notunderstand mistakes but they have not answered I have called over and over to get my money back. I ordered the steak & cheese sandwich with horseradish sauce, chips, a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Everything was excellent.... Their CN soup is as good as mine but the "bowl" size is small to say the least. The sandwich was great and I love theirhorseradish sauce. All in all I would give 5 stars but my coffee arrived barely lukewarm, despite arriving early. This is anongoing issue with this restaurant. Read more

Don?t recommend this Panera at all! Literally repeated my order back to me correctly and STILL managed to forget not one but 4... things on my order. This was how I was given the things they forgot, barely any salsa verde and now I have to scrape the bowl.When it simply could have been made right the first time or remade. Excellent food as always! This location is a bit hard to get to as it doesn't have a dedicated entrance, but there is a drive... thru and pickup order parking available for convenience. Staff were very nice and the restaurant was clean, plus calm music wasplaying, which made my visit very relaxing. They were out of cane sugar for the tea at the drink area, but I went with sodainstead anyways. Definitely will visit again! Read more
The worst delivery ever!! The driver came in, made sure he was in the right place, dropped the bags and ran out. The scones were... a crumbled mess. There were no plates, utensils, napkins for the bagels. I will never order from this place again! Read more
