Ready for trash pizza that takes way longer than they tell you? You?ve come to the right place. More like ?papa belongs in the... john?. I?m sick of this place getting worse every month without them owning up to any of their mistakes and blaming it all onbeing busy, it?s called working. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Ordered a pizza. Pizza was made and then sent out to the WRONG PERSON. After about an hour, after confirming that this was their... mistake, they refused to remake and send the pizza out. Honestly its my fault. I shodve known better since i used to work there.Still, not sure how you can guarantee "customer satisfaction" while doing what you just did. Read more
That was the worst pizza I have ate. We ended up throwing 2 of them away and only able to eat a little of the cheese sticks. ... The worst $35.95 I spent in a long time. My grandson bragged on them so I ordered from them never again Read more
My family is waiting. The pizza ordered hours ago for a specific time is more than half an hour late and the mood is tuning... sour. It is not helped by the most annoying waiting music. Haven't had Papa Johns in years like 9+ years. We were craving something different for dinner and managed to decide on Papa... Johns... Probably, because I had read about y'all in the news recently. Anyways, it was delicious and really hit the spot. Itried the Chipotle BBQ chicken bites and they were good but I really wish they had more sauce... My only complaint. Read more
It took 1 hr and 50 mins to go 3.7 miles on a Thursday ? a bit more than their ?40-50 minute? estimate. Of course, calling to... check on the overdue pizza is impossible because their system is automated & useless or else routes you to a call center. Sothere?s no way to talk to someone who?s actually near your food. When initially ordering, I said ?credit,? the operator took mycard info, and then pushed the ?cash? button somehow (?!)), so ordering the pizza was a 10-minute ordeal ? and, because theoperator was at a random call center, he didn?t understand which local park I was at. So the driver went to the wrongaddress. Once it finally arrived, the pizza dough was raw, and the other ingredients lacked flavor. So, I drove it the 3.7miles back to get my money back. After waiting an hour and a half, I called and asked for an update on my order... I was assured it was on its way; the tracker... said it was on its way. No reason was offered as to why it was late. No email or text was sent informing me of any issue. AfterTWO HOURS, I called to cancel the order and get a refund. Again, no reason was given, no attempt to make it right. I understandthat things go wrong, and that's easily something I can overlook. However, the lack of customer service was bad enough that wewon't be ordering, again. Read more
In the last 4 times i've ordered from here it has been delivered to either the wrong location or not at all. Do not order... delivery from here, its a coin toss if you will ever get the food. Read more
