Went in with my son, asked for a menu we could read all the toppings, Sierra(I think she said her name is) behind the counter... with an attitude continued to tell me 3x only menu is the one we couldn't see high on the back wall. Horrid attitude. Left toeat next door instead. Won't ever return! Menu is online btw. I hope they get rid of the bad apple. Read more
Prices have gone up, quality has gone waaaay down. We order from here a couple times a month and it has now become a regular... occurrence to not recieve all of the food we ordered. Read more

Hot subs, fresh salads and tasty soups. I love their Asiago Chicken Sandwich absolutely the best. I also have had their Chipotle... Chicken and their Chicken Giadiniera, are so tasty. Looking forward to trying more subs from here, I actually like how theytoast them here. Never had them delivered to me, so I don't know the actual reliability or accuracy of their delivery time. Horrible experience tonight. Sad, as we?ve ordered from them regularly. Never again. I am sick and my daughter (a toddler) are... sitting at home and needed some food that was both comforting and filling. I ordered soup and the Italian sandwich with au jusauce for the first time thinking this would help my sore throat. We live less than a mile away but thought delivery was idealso my husband could help watch our toddler while I relaxed. After they delivered we realized we didn?t get the au ju sauce forthe sandwich which was crucial for my being able to eat it. He called and they said they could deliver it again in 45 MINUTES.Again, we live a mile away. He offered to pick it up to save time but asked for a discount for the inconvenience. The woman hetalked to declined the discount and said verbatim ?no we already delivered your food? he said but you didn?t deliver ALL of thefood we ordered. She still declined and said they would deliver the sauce in close to an hr. He got off the phone, looked at meand said he?ll drive there to get it now. I thanked him. He drives there and said the woman in line before him received cookiesfree with her order after insisting to the clerk she would pay, he offered them to her free of charge. My husband was hopefulthey would be understanding of him having to drive there after this seriously ridiculous ordeal ( I guarantee whomever isreading this on the side of the restaurant also agrees this is ridiculous and could have so easily been resolved). My husbandgets to the Register and explains that he called for au ju sauce, the guy gives it to him. He asks if this is right (earnestlynot knowing what au ju sauce is) the guy at the register walks away. If there wasn?t a bad taste in my husbands mouth already hewas now tasting permanent marker.
