Went to the store today to order a foot long sub. When I came to the register I told the lady that i had a coupon for a foot... long for 5.99. I was told that they couldn't honor the coupon and showed me a computer printed paper saying that they could onlyoffer me $2.00 off. The letter didn't have any approved letterhead or anything. As a customer I expect coupons to be honored andnot have to feel obligated to pay more because the owner, or someone, decided they didn't want to honor coupons. Read more
We'll never go to this Subway again...it was before noon on a Sunday, the only bread they had was a 6" piece of wheat and white.... My wife got the wheat and I got white. Excellent chicken bacon ranch meal. Had a coupon for $7.99 any footlong with chips and a drink. Great value! Filled me up. Well... staffed. Even had an employee sweeping and mopping the floors. Very clean. Read more
The man who made our sandwiches was very nice! We both had ordered an Italian BMT which tasted great! While I do wish subway was... a little cheaper I love the fact that they are very transparent about pricing as well as calorie count and general nutritionfacts. The lady working was great. Very friendly and patient with my son when making his sandwich. Service was fast. Employee gets 5... stars but 3 for the restaurant since they do not honor subway coupons only give a slight discount so don't plan to get the dealthe coupon says. Haven't been to this subway for a long time since I never got refunded for an online order over 6 months to ayear ago but went tonight and clearly nothing has changed as far as taking care of customers.
