The owner of all Subways in Columbia has chosen for all Columbia Subways to NOT HONOR COUPONS. All Columbia stores only offer... slight discounts when you bring in a coupon. A buy-one-get-one coupon now gets you a measly $4 off your order. The Columbiafranchise owner tries to justify this by blaming it on "extreme inflation" and "labor shortages". The prices of sandwichescontinuously increase because of inflation. The choice not to honor coupons is HIS DECISION because he is GREEDY. The ColumbiaSubway franchise owner has chosen to not honor coupons in order to keep his profit margins high. This is a scam. Read more

I had a coupon for buy a footlong get one free. As soon as I walked in theres a sign about coupons that states because of staff... shortages my coupon was only good for buy one get $4 off the other one. I dont know what having staff shortages has to do withnot getting one free but I took the deal. Sandwiches were good. Plenty on both but they didnt give me the $4 off. There was anuncomfortable feeling as soon as I walked in and got worse as I was waiting to get out of there. Not sure what that was. So..somuch for your coupons if you're looking to use one. If I could give zero stars, I would. The employee insulted me the entire time I ordered, dispite me saying nothing other than... what I wanted on the sandwich. She was super nice to the lady behind me though, maybe she just didn't like how I looked? Neverleft a review for any place before, but you couldn't pay me to put up with that again. Read more

Probably the rudest employee I?ve ever interacted with anywhere. Super pushy and angry at me for taking even 1 second to decide... what I want. Pretty much yelled at and demeaned me the entire time I was in the place. I don?t leave reviews on places usuallybut this was wild I couldn?t not say anything. Only giving it a 2 because the place was clean and inviting. Too bad the staffwas unbelievably hostile. Read more

Atmosphere: The main thing I noticed about this location was all the crumbs. There wasn't an area to sit that didn't have... crumbs on the table waiting to greet you. This was even when the place wasn't very busy, and the staff could have had time towipe down the tables. Other than that, there was plenty of seating to be had and the chairs were comfortable. Atmosphere:3/5 Staff: Overall, the employees here were efficient, prompt, and courteous. They also seemed dog-tired and like having tointeract with another customer might be too fatiguing to see through to the end of the transaction. Staff: 4/5 Food: Thequality of the sandwich depends on who is making it. It also depends on how busy they are. I got the Veggie Delite twice (bothtimes with all the same toppings). One time it was a prefect flavor combination. At this time, there was only one othercustomer there. The other time Subway was rather busy, and the Veggie Delite was mediocre. Food: 3/5 Read more

Somehow one of the most expensive subways I've ever been to, but at the same time this location had the least amount of... ingredients put on a sandwich. There are plenty of other sandwich places within a minute walk of this Subway location that areequal or lower price but offer way more value. If your dead set on Subway then just go to one of the locations on the Mizzoucampus where the prices are cheaper by 3$. Read more

Other reviews have mentioned being unable to order what you wanted because the store ran out of meatballs or the kind of bread... you wanted. They were right about the employees being rude and abrasive as well. It's been 6 months since I went to this Subwayand I don't expect to go there again. I keep hoping it will close so something better will take its place. Read more

These are a few of my favorite things: (1) Walking in 2 days in a row expecting to enjoy a meatball sub, only to hear they... didn't have meatballs. (2) Walking in 2 times in 1 week looking forward to having a tuna sub on white bread, only to hear thatthey didn't have white bread. (3) Standing at the counter for 10 minutes because the only employee there couldn't get the cashregister open. I finally said, "Can I just have my food?" I ate my food and paid for it with exact change because the employeestill couldn't get the cash register open when I was ready to leave. (4) Watching your food being made by someone whose teethare black. Thank God for clear plastic gloves. All I could do was hope she didn't breathe on my food. (5) Occasional rudeness byone of their managers. (6) Walking up to the counter and starting to place my order, only to have the woman at the counter cutme off with, "Hold up" or "Wait a minute'" or something equally offensive. I don't think I'll go back to this Subway anytimesoon, if ever. When have you ever gone to McDonald's and had them tell you they couldn't give you what you asked for becausethey didn't have the ingredients? But that's exactly what happens here on a routine basis. After I complained about this storeto Subway's website I got an email from the manager. I sent her 2 messages and never heard back from her. If this place wasn'tso close to the University of Missouri, it would've gone out of business a year ago. It stays afloat because each year there's anew crop of freshmen who haven't experienced the horrible service of this Subway. They offset the ones who get tired of thisplace. But their luck probably won't last forever. If enough people get tired of this place and start telling everyone they knowhow bad it is, it may finally get the burial it deserves. Read more
