Food was good. My girlfriend did not like the way the Dr pepper tasted so I asked them if they can check it. I would have been... ok if they would have just said it does not need changed and just let us try a new one. But instead the gentleman who tasted it( window was closed so I could not hear what he said but I got the hand movements) acted mad because it tasted fine to him. Iworked fast food all my life and I know this sometimes when u run a soda stuff might happen. If the box is still full and ittaste fine then give the customer a new one. There is no reason to getad and tell the manger to handle it. I just asked for anew one that's it. I don't ever ask for much I just don't want what I paid for those sodas are not cheap. But the food was greatI just hope whoever I see in that window next time does not treat me like I'm retarted for not being satisfied with my drink. Read more
Their Nacho Fries are back and they are SO yummy; seasoned fries served with a side of their nacho cheese sauce. I wish they... would add them to the menu permanently. I heard that they are bringing back the mexican pizza as well. It is another favoritemenu item of mine. This Taco Bell is always fresh and seems to be the only one consistently open around here the past fewmonths. Good customer service in my experiences. I ordered a five layer burrito. Yummy. Drive thru has taken more time to get through than going to a sit down restaurant and sitting inside the drive thru person... dropped the Fbomb loudly enough for the entire dining room to hear twice, while complaining to a coworker. So I love Taco Bell like most but this is a reoccurring instance at this one. I?ve gone there multiple times to get a steak... quesadilla and it?s always wrong. There no meat, or there?s no cheese, or no sauce. Half the time it?s not even cut. I don?trecommend this location if you?re wanting reasonable effort put into your food. This is my favorite Taco Bell in Columbia. The food always is super fresh and the meat at this one seems to just tastes... better.!This location is always extremely busy, but yet the associates always are friendly and seem to always be in a good mood.My orders are always correct.
