Walked into the lobby at 5:50pm, it was scheduled to close at 6...no signs were up stating that. Ordered our food and waited for... 30 minutes before someone asked if we needed help with anything. After requesting a refund to our card, the manager neverre-swiped it to ensure we would actually have the money put back on. Worst service of any Taco Bell I have ever been to. So I understand how difficult it is to work in this environment and there are a lot of balls to keep in the air but the sheer... carelessness that this Taco Bell demonstrates is truly egregious and I really hope it gets addressed soon. I have ordered fromthis store several times and each time they have made a significant error?either missing an entire item or, far worse, notadhering to substitutions. For me, a person with dietary requirements, this is a big deal. It means that my entire order waswasted when I got it home. I worry the staff may not be able to read orders as they come in? Perhaps management should make surethat employees have this skill. Read more
Just waited almost 25 minutes for 3 burritos in the drive. Beyond slow. Food looked like it was put together by my 8 year old
Place is clean, food is great. 4 people trying to handle noon rush, that's including drive thru. They did great! Took little... long but kept their cool and stayed with it! Kuddos for a job well done! Read more
Food here is always great. Staff is prompt and friendly. Location is always busy, but just be patient and they'll take care of... you. Can't say enough about how nice the staff was to us today, and we just really appreciated it. Read more
Absolutely terrible. The place stinks inside, staff were so lazy that we finally ordered on a screen ourselves because we didn't... even get acknowledged as being there for 20min. food all over the tables and floors, pee in bathroom floors. ordered nachos withsteak and got literally 3 pieces of meat. I could go on, but instead we just won't be going back again. Read more
I enjoy it every time I eat here..friendly.. sometimes long wait times in drive thru but that doesn't bother me
