First of all and this was not the stores fault but the Taco Bell app took my money and didn?t send in the order and when I went... in to help there was no one upfront and when the manager came in to check she had an attitude and acted like she was overeverything and I get it, it was probably a long day and busy but still you Shouldn?t have an attitude right off the bat, but shedid get me my food and came out pretty quickly which I appreciate. The other thing is that there were Taco Bell employees vapingbehind the counter and with customers I?m gonna have rate this a three star. Read more
It's Taco Bell. Laugh all you like, there is nothing wrong with it. Not gourmet but not horrible. I stick with the basics like... crunchy tacos, bean burrito for a quick bite after a busy day or on the go running errands. Read more
They were not busy, maybe 4 separate orders and drive thru had 2 or 3 cars in line and 5-6 employees at work. It took 23min to... get our meal but it wasn't too bad. I got the nacho del grande meal and it tasted fresh, even the hard taco was fresh with awarm shell. A lil bit to much extra cheese on the nachos tho but I'm not gonna complain, normally u have to ask for extracheese. 2 of my son's said there food was really good but my other son said his soft tacos shell was kinda hard on the outsideedge. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. While one guy was in the back cooking all the food. Meanwhile, all the other... employees were at the front counter surrounding two employees playing chess while on the clock. Obviously dude was there for awhile because he even brought a chair and got comfortable. One of the employees playing chess was a shift lead. How does thatwork? Read more
I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this location was just really bad. Driving across Missouri, this was our lunch... stop. We ordered at a kiosk (which I do like for the record????) and then wait for them to call your name. We all used thebathroom while waiting and the ladies bathroom was straight up yucky. Out of tp in one stall, and LOTS of flies. Then we waitedfor over ten minutes for our food, which isn't terrible, but it wasn't busy, inside or dive thru. It felt like many employeeswere standing around talking (they didn't have to take orders after all). The employee who gave me our food was very pleasantand upbeat. ???? Read more
It was extremely dark in the parking lot. It didn't look open until I saw the drive thru line. Non of the outside lights on the... building were on, nor was the big Taco Bell sign. I ordered a Nachos Belgrande and it was amazing. It had plenty of topping andwas fresh. The downside to my order was that drinks had NO ice and the employee did not advice me of this, nor offer anexplanation or apology. We did have to wait in line for a very long-time in my opinion as well. It took us at least 30 minutesto get through the drive-thru line. There is a 9.0' vehichle clearance limit to go through the drive thru. Read more
Super slow, very dirty, and allows homeless folks ask their customers for money and let's them sleep in the parking lot....... Nothing against homeless folks, I been homeless and hungry. You just got to start taking more control of your business and yourcustomers, especially when they refuse to come to your business solely due to the homeless harassment..
