Absolutely, the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Quite possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Went in... on a Saturday evening. There were people standing around in the lobby with nobody up front at the registers. I ordered via theKiosk. Everything seemed fine until I heard some people comment that they'd been waiting on their food for close to 30 minutes.It was too late as I had already paid. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, then someone asked one of the workers who finallymade it up to the register when his food would be out. The response "I ain't got nuthin to do wit da timing of da food bruh."After waiting for 40 minutes, we finally got our order. Several folks who were in front of us still hadn't gotten their orderafter an hour + wait. Got my food home and the order was incorrect & missing one of my burritos. What food I did get was sosaturated in grease, it nearly made me sick. I don't expect gourmet from fast food but this was absolute trash. Went to the TacoBell website, left this feedback & requested a response. Not a word from their corporate or local office over 3 weeks later. Read more
Honestly with the amount of time you will spend sitting in the drive through it would be more worth your time going to the down... town Taco Bell. Have had to wait 30-45 minutes every single time, not to mention that despite the wait orders are still alwayswrong. If you can?t hire enough staff to support a steady work pace then close this Taco Bell, there?s no point in torturingyour staff and customers with awful service. Read more
I love taco bell so much! But the past several times I've ordered, I ask to take the sour cream off specific items, but sour... cream was still included. I went back the next day after one of the incidents and explained the situation. They were super greatabout it and didn't charge me. BUT, I got home and checked, YET AGAIN, they added sour cream. Still love their food, will stillbe eating here, just crossing my fingers, they don't forget to take it off next time. My stomach is begging them. Read more
So far have been in line to get a mobile order for 40 minutes. I would have left a long time ago if they didn't already have my... money. Slowest fast food place I have seen in a long time. And there a are several cars in front of me. Been months since Ihave been here because of poor service and if anything it's gotten worse. Smdh Read more
Placed order through Taco Bell app for pickup, when at the window was told they couldn't make over half the order and that there... was no possibility of anything other than paying for the entire order (including the items they couldn't make). Unfortunatelythe problems don't end there, because they consistently get orders wrong, with items missing, or with the wrong ingredientseither entirely or partly. I want so desperately for my order to be right, but you're better off going to a different Taco Bellin town, hopefully your luck and the attitudes of some of the people working there are better. This was an order submitted through Door Dash. Myself and one other customer waited at least twenty minutes for any kind of... receiption at the counter. Getting no help in in the lobby, I went through drive through so I at least wouldn't have to standwaiting in the noisy lobby. In drive through I was informed that if the lobby was open, I had to go through the lobby, if theorder is was placed through a delivery app. Read more

I live around the area so it's convenient but they have the worse ability of checking their order before serving it. I have had... many orders that have had missing items of food. I wouldn't recommend and if you do - check your food at the window anddisregard their timer. Time is money, they say, and unfortunately both of those things of mine were wasted. Read more
