Our waitress 100% profiled our table of 2. I had come from work and my guest just got out of classes. Not the best dressed... people there, but was still there for a good meal and service, which we have always gotten before. Well, a 4top of well dressedwomen ordering drinks, another 4top of women ordering drinks from the bar got out waitresses FULL ATTENTION. The cook broughtour food, never offered a second glass of wine, never refilled our water. I've been in food service for 40 years, and for her toflat out ignore me, yep you got less than 10%. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken has always been to die for. Have been going there for years and is one of my favorite restaurants. ... Saturday my wife and I ordered our normal order and I was kind of shocked how spicy the chicken was. I'm sure it is easy toover spice food especially if the restaurant is busy. Waiter asked how everything was and I responded "Way to spicy" and thatwe need more water. My wife tolerates heat better than I do and she reluctantly ate all of hers, but wasn't super happy withit. I ate maybe a 1/4 of mine and couldn't eat anymore. The hostess came over and asked if we were done and again I mentionedI couldn't eat the meal since it was so spicy. Her response was, "Some people's taste buds are just different." Sure, but Ihave had this dish probably 50 times and always incredible. Waiter brings bill and knows I'm not happy with the meal orservice. Never heard anything about sorry it wasn't to your liking or see what I can do for you. Lovely experience every time. Tracy, a shout out to you as you are wonderful and Cassidy is wonderful as well. Food and drinks... are satisfying. I always enjoy going and bringing people here as I know good conversation will happen because it is such afantastic atmosphere and each person who works here from bar,cooks, and waitresses, each individual seems to care from what Ican tell talking with each individual. Over the top, delicious specials as well as sauces that are home made. Can't wait to comeback again and again to Tellers Read more
Everything was pretty good. I ordered the Rueben with sweet potato chips. The chips were fantastic. Rueben was on the better... side, but I've had better. The meat quality was so so for a Rueben, but the sauerkraut was great. I think I definitely want tocome back and try some other things, but I think my next order would be something else. Read more
We got seated and then had to wait about 15 minutes for our drinks because they had no clean glasses, also we never received the... tea that we had ordered. After waiting another 30 minutes or so for our food. One steak was severely undercooked. It got sentback and was still not cooked to appropriate. After that they remade the plate. But everyone else had already finished theirdinner. The 2nd steak was over cooked. (Medium rare/ well done) And no offer was made to remake or attempt to remedy thesituation. We also ordered a salad with steak. The salad was fresh. But the steak portion was very small, and very over cooked.It looked like rubber pieces. Overall the alcohol drinks where good. Nice restaurant and great atmosphere. Went in on a Monday night and it was pretty busy. I just happened to order my food before... 9, which I wasn?t told the Kitchen closed at 9. Food was pretty good! Nothing special about the fillet, lightly seasoned. Thesides were very good! Mashed Yukon potatoes were rich and flavorful. The seasonal vegetables were savory and rich. This was an excellent experience, we were helped by Tara who did an amazing job while we were dining here. She was always right... on time for refills and then on top of great service the food was amazing, I got the chicken slider special which had amazinglytender chicken and the sauce on it complimented that. My friend had your pulled pork quesadilla which was really good, sauce onchicken is superb and it contains pineapple which is just the acid to cut through the sweetness of the sauce, mixes very well!Got two desserts to split, the chocolate mousse which is very thick and absolutely decadent and then the bread pudding which waswarm and inviting. All together this is probably one of the best experiences I have had in town. Will be back soon! Read more
Their credit card machine was not working. Apparently it was part of a large outage. That would have been helpful info to know... before we decided to order food and a couple drinks. Instead, the first we heard about it was when we got our check and thenthey told us how to find an ATM a block away. It almost wasn't that surprising because the service was poor. Read more
