Food was good. Only 1 person taking orders inside about a 20 minute wait. Lady was polite. There wasnt anyone cleaning tables.... The coke machine was out of ice. Also large puddle on floor by machine everyone warning everyone about the slippery floor. Feltthat staff was concentrating on drive though and was not really concerned about internal restaurant customers. Read more
Sarah was upset that I had a mobile order and said I had to go all the way back through the drive through just to say I have a... mobile order so I went inside and she purposely continued to make other peoples order because she was upset I had a mobileorder. This isn?t the first time, Sarah has very poor customer service and should be retrained. Read more
I ordered a 10-piece hot-n-spicy chicken nugget meal... The one flippin' time I did not check to make sure it was correct and... drove 25 miles home to discover it was NOT CORRECT. They gave me some swiss bacon CHICKEN SANDWICH- I ORDERED CHICKEN NUGGETS!It was extremely frustrating! To pay for food that you didn't order, along with driving 50 mile round trip. Read more
Ordered five, four for four meals. Got home, no spicy chicken nuggets. Sadness. Took receipt and returned a few days later,... and got my twenty nuggets. That's $18 in nuggets. America, demand your nuggets. Yummy Ghost Pepper Sauce. Oh Wendy, so????????. Read more
Food is great but they are slow we had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru we could of went over to McDonald's and ordered... food and be out of the drive thru in half the amount of time this place a takes. Read more
I Ordered a double baconator and the meat was mostly pink but I was hungry and spent $8 on it so I ate it. I later ran up to the... drive through window when there were no other cars to get sauce for my (very plain) fries and the lady was very rude to me. Ileft after that and 30 minutes later I was puking my guts out at my gf house. Overall I?ve had good service at this location butthis is one of the bad incidents that?s why I rated it 2 stars.
