It?s a popular location so there is often a long line. I don?t fault them for that. Love the potato wedges and their chicken... sandwiches. A Frosty and Fries are a favorite treat. Read more
The food is as you would expect. The wait time in their to go line is minimal. If you order late night, however, the help is... from another planet. They are unresponsive; stare at you like zombies. Get orders wrong a lot. Probably hate us, as they arewaiting to get off parole. Wendy's food is still better than most fast foods around, so, go during the daytime and you willprobably have a great experience! Repeat all orders for napkins and condiments several times at night. Slow service, dirty location, employee was on a face time call while taking my order, didn't know who she was talking to most of... the time. surprised my order came out as accurate as it did.. Forgot my drink and gave me the smallest 3 nugs in the store. Read more
I'm a doordash driver. They ignored me at the counter. Once I got someone's attention they only then pulled the order from the... machine, but sat it on the counter and ignored it as well. After awhile I asked if anyone was going to make it. Only at thatpoint was it made in about 2 minutes. I waited about 30 minutes! Terrible service without a smile. Read more
Oh my goodness this place needs help! The young woman on the front counter was running solo trying to take care of everyone, but... the rest of the staff didn't seem to care. It was extremely slow to get any food and then most of the fries were burnt. It was asad meal of disappointment. Just had an internesting visit. Well I ordered a JBC biggie bag. Didn?t get sauce for nuggets, missing fries and I ordered a... sweet tea with no ice, but of course It had ice in it, and for some reason I can taste the soda coke in it. It?s like theyaccidentally put a little coke in my cup and then filled the rest with tea. Honestly not the worst flavor mix, but like what onearth happened here. Giving three stars because they accept Apple Pay which I needed today. Read more
