Food is typical diner/truck stop.... quite good at times. Service is friendly. Really wish they would bring back the salad bar.

Country Pride, I had a very bad experience. I placed a to go order & then left & came back at the alloted time. The waitress out... loud from across the room yells at me to, "go stand over there & don't stare at the cook." I am in disbelief that this womanjust yelled at me with at least 10 other people around. I didn't have my glasses with me, so I guess they got a bad vibe of mesquinting. I wasn't even looking at the Cook, how can I see her behind a wall anyway?? What I was looking at was the to goboxes on the counter that seemed to be ignored. I ignored her, but when she paid me out, I told her how embarrassing that was.She immediately starts walking off while I'm pouring my heart out. What kind of madness is this. I felt less than a person. Isthis how my ancestors felt?! As she walks away, she's talking over me to where I can't even get a complete sentence out. I'mtrying to keep the tone low because she had already embarrassed me, and she's doing it again. How is she a waitress is myquestion?!! I wept. Read more
Had dinner tonight with the husband we had cold over salted chicken noodle soup than we had the four piece fried chicken which... had no seasonings and my husband's one leg was stone cold. His mashed potatoes looked like they were from a box and we weregiven green beans we never asked for. Also his drink was empty and the waitress saw his empty cup three times and never asked ifhe wanted more but asked the customers by us 5 different times how everything beats do they need anything I understand peopleare understaffed but we were just treated very poorly and others were not. We were given our bill before we had finished eatingand we're planning on ordering dessert from there also but they lost out on more money due to a waitress judging us byappearance. Read more
Ordered a BLT sandwich with hash browns, BLT did not come with mayonnaise, had to ask for it, hash browns under cooked and took... much pepper on it Came back for dinner, all tables dirty, no one cleaning the tables Read more
Pretty good service , I hade the tbone steak dinner and it was cooked pretty good considering the thickness of the steak ,... all and all it was a good meal and I definitely will return if I'm in the area Read more
