The food is good but some of the employees and managers are rude. I asked for a Southwestern burger which was clearly on the... menu at the drive-thru and the lady gave an attitude and said they didn't have it, then she proceeded to be rude the rest of thetime. Read more

Instead of just saying ?We already cleaned the ice cream machine and we close in less than 2 hours? they lie and say it?s... broken. I pull around to the window and there?s an employee shake sitting on the counter. The only word spoken to me besides myorder was ?pull around and wait?. The other 2 employees I thanked, have a good night and the normal was met with dead silenceand blank stares. I know customer service is rough, but I think these people are actually dead inside. It?s a shame that a company policy has caused a lower rating for a review. I enjoy Burger King and it?s food for the most part.... One star was taken away due to the excess fluid that comes off the sandwich?s lately makes a mess when I eat them and the factthat when I get a French fry with a black spot in it. Just throw that French fry out instead of giving it to a customer. Theloss of another star comes from the hoarding of sauces. I like to dip my fries in their honey mustard, so good!, so when I getfries I ask for honey mustard. When I get just get one packet for a large fry that doesn?t work. I?m told ?I can only give youone? is just ridiculous. I?m sure that if I wanted more I would be charged for for them which again is ridiculous and yes I knowother places do it too. But you don?t even get ketchup unless you request that. When I go to other places like Arby?s, Wendy?s,Taco Bell etc they don?t skimp. I?m not asking for a bag of sauce, I just think the organization needs to tho k about themessage that puts out to the public. Overall I?ll go back for food again. Read more
This is literally the dream team for fast food service. I?ve never been treated better at any restaurant. The lady checked on me... at my seat to make sure I enjoyed my food, and the assistant manager pictured here literally described the different food tastesthoroughly and guided my decision. The back of house staff was happily talking and genuinely enjoying their jobs. Just wow. Read more
When ordering in drive through associates need to pause and listen and not assume. Orders are repeated 2 to 3 times.
