This place is really nice! It's super clean which was refreshing, as I've seen a lot of gross Dunkin's online. The staff were... really polite. They seem very well staffed. First place we stopped after the Mountville parade. Friendly staff with good attitudes. A special shout out to the drive thru... staff for dealing with us coming through the drive through. Absolute horrible customer service. Sat in line for 20 minutes. I was not told until I got to the window that the card machine... was down. I was not offered any other cashless options to pay like on the app, Venmo, pay pal, cash app, ect. The manager andowner didn?t seem to care at all. I felt bad for the 20 cars in line behind me that will get the same experience and lack ofeffort from management. Read more
So I got halfway through a moldy piece of avocado toast before realizing it had mold. I used the drive through ans had places to... be... i called the store... The staff offered to replace my toast with more. I declined... it's the same bread. The staff werefriendly but avocado toast isbr cheap... I called corporate and was transfered 3 times.... I was also told this was a highpriority case and would be called within a few days, if not immediately, still no call. FYI this was Saturday, the 21st. Read more
Consistently SLOW service. Also, the workers at the drive thru exude zero customer service skills leading me to believe this... store has very poor management. The drinks are hit and miss as well. Hot drinks 98% of the time need to be stirred to tastedecent. Been given the wrong order multiple times.
