Ordered med hot tea, came out with a senior, no sugar or cream as requested. Brought out my med drink, still no sugar or cream... as stated on receipt. I?m generally a fan of McDonald?s but this is the second time I?ve had a disappointing experience at this location. Both times... we ordered on the app and arrived to pick it up, then waited at least 20 minutes until the food was brought out. The second timethey omitted a portion of the order which I didn?t discover until I arrived home. Very frustrating. I can?t recommend it. Read more
Very bad service. I had to listen to the manager have a personal conversation for about 10 minutes. I eventually left because I... was insulted when the lady didnt even order anything the manager told her that she doesnt even have to order anything when shecomes in she just enjoys her conversation. I paid for almost $4 dollars for a plain 6 piece nugget. I was given 4 nuggets and this weird thing. No way it's properly cooked... or temped inside is raw. They did offer to replace it but it's not hard to count to 6 and I'm not trusting going back. I did eatmy 3 nuggets tho. Just shocked at given raw chicken. Read more
The problem is that not many are going to comment that I had a great McDonald?s burger and give a five star rating. But I will... say that I had a great sausage burger, tasted amazing really. We were on our way to newyork and had breakfast here. Due to covid , you cant seat inside the resturant. Dine in due to the drive-thru line being so long. I had might as well drive thru. While at counter waiting to ask if they could... correct my order I did on the kiosk, no one attended to me. I gave up and ask the runner person and he was able to assist me.Not a friendly crew. Read more
