My husband and I went in and we were the only customers. First off, an employee had his hand down the front of his sweat pants... as he yelled it that he was taking a bathroom break. Then, there were only 3 clean, unused tables to sit at. I'm notover-exaggerating. There was a trail of pieces of TP on the floor leading from the restrooms to the front door into thevestibule. My favorite fast food chain. Lucky to find a modern, clean one to eat dinner and waste some time waiting for kids across town.
I've been in this area for years and can honestly say this place is always miserably understaffed. If you are reading this,want... a quick meal, and there are more than 2 cars in the drive through, go somewhere else because it's going to be a while. If thereare more than 2 cars, don't even bother going inside because it's immediately obvious they favor the drive through, as theydon't even acknowledge you are there for about five minutes and even then it's to tell you they will be "right with you". The drive thru is so slow, so be prepared to wait forever to just order. Then another wait for your food. This is not "fast... food" at this location. I also got no utensils to eat my items, no fork not even a straw for my drink. I was lucky to get aspoon for my chili. I'll give them this they are consistently slow. Read more
Service is always a bit slow for any Wendy's and they tend to forget the details like sauce for the chicken nuggets or forks for... the salad. But... I go about 2x a week for the soda selection. Particularly the Fanta Zero Cherry. It is the only place I canfind it. They also have one of the best value menu selections with their list of $4 & $5 meals. Read more
The service during my most recent visit was horrible. The person taking orders was by far the least capable and/or concerned I... may have interacted with in 20+ years. They would stand at the counter, staring at the order screen for minutes at a time, notmoving, yet they were only taking one order at a time instead of having 3-4 in the queue, as is normal. Although they saidseveral people didn't show up for work, the people that were there were obviously not interested in working efficiently. Ittook 25 minutes to receive my order, after I placed it. In that time, the line extended to the side door and afterwards atleast 7 additional customers left without ordering. They ironic part is that one employee taking their break left, went toGiant, bought chicken there, returned and ate it in the dining room, in less time than it took to order our food and get it backto the table. The Manager was also completely lost, walking through piles of food laying on the floor as she made sandwiches.My burger was partially undercooked, as can be seen in the photos. When I brought it to her attention, I had a new burger inunder a minute, yet it took 25 for the undercooked one to reach my tray. The Dining Room was fairly clean, but behind thecounter it was pure chaos! Things piled everywhere, cover left off the Chili, orders were wrong, undercooked food, abnormallylong wait time, terrible customer service, disinterested employees and Manager. Waited in line for over 25 minutes inside lobby. All they did was make GrubHub orders and mobile orders. Ignored everyone in... line. If you aren't going to wait on anyone inside don't have your lobby open. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! 0 stars if possible Read more
