Most of the time you can get pretty decent food here, the portion sizes are sometimes laughable for the money you pay but... nonetheless, the food is okay. 9/10 times that I come here, after ordering for car side To-Go, I usually have to go inside andbring it to my own car, but tonight, I actually got someone to come to the car and bring me my order. My issue this visit isthat when I pulled up, there was a guy sitting in a booth rolling silverware. As soon as I pulled up, you could see his attitudethrough the window. Reading lips does not require a Doctorate, so I could immediately tell that he was running his mouth abouthaving to do anything other than sit there. Then, after my food came to the car and I tipped them 15% to literally bring me abag outside, I could see him and another employee talking trash about the tip that I left. They should be thankful that I leftone to begin with. Read more

I?ve never seen a Applebees so dull and where barely any workers are in sight . I wasn?t very pleased with the service at all .... Nobody greeted me when I walked in. I sat myself down and nobody came to me for 15 - 20 minutes. One of the bartenders wastalking to me while having an earpiece in her ear . I didn?t receive great service at all . Nobody checked on me to see if myfood was okay or anything. The assistant general manager seemed young & all over the place. The chips tasted old . The cook keptstaring at me and coming to my table . The cook made me super uncomfortable to the point where instead of having a dine inexperience i got my stuff to go and left. Read more

Awful! I ordered from this location via doordash and I regret it. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fiesta lime chicken, ... which was part of their 2 for 22 promotion on the doordash app. When I received my food my burger was over cooked and wasn't even round. It looked like someone ate at it and it was recooked to chards. You can't tell the bacon from the burger. Thechicken dish was also cooked to the point the chicken was dry and tough, rice was dry and the tortilla strips were close toburnt . This isn't the first issue I've had ordering from this location, but it is the last time I spend money here. Read more
I had a good terrible experience. First off I was sat at a dirty table while every table in the restaurant was dirty except the... bar. I sat at the table for 10 minutes to be waited on and the bartender Dustin was the only nice person and asked me if Ineeded anything. After both of us watched every server in the restaurant look at me sitting a dirty table. It was terriblefeeling so I moved to the bar. Dustin was nice and talked to everyone while who knows where the managers were because they werenot doing there job. He was having to tell servers to seat people at the door and to do there job because he was doing his barduties and pretty much running the restaurant while the cooks and servers were goofing off in the back tables. Theunprofessional and work ethic of the staff was terrible hearing them talking about walking out and quitting because they don?tcare about there place of employment was crazy. But the good experience was the bartender and him actually do more then what hewas hired for. The food was good. Read more

Had been craving Applebee's for dinner,after watching billboards go by the whole trip. On entering the hostess had just refused... 5 older gentleman letting them know they're cook was about 30 minutes behind on orders. We definitely got the vibe they didn'twant us at the establishment either but kindly let them know we would be taking our order with us, however we were going to sitat the bar and have a drink while we waited. She pointed out several places we couldn't sit but we got 2 seats front bar betweenA couple college girls cutting up and other girls heading to the clubs. Our bartender took our order got our drinks and let usknow there were no issues in the kitchen and the food would be right out. We sat and cut up with the college girls, finished ourdrinks, grabbed our to go box and left the bartender by far his biggest tip, and smile of the night???? and bought the girlsdrinks, more ???? Hospitality, kindness and respect goes a super long way, and from those tiny actions it's still rippling ondown & being paid forward. Be blessed to be working. Read more
