So I went here on Sunday. I had the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo here. The chicken was slightly burnt and I could taste it?s... bitterness, the broccoli wasn?t cook all the way, the sauce was ok and so was the noodles but not the broccoli and chicken. Myappetizers (Mozarella Sticks) we?re fair but could?ve been better, as for the chips and dip and my drink. The ceiling is verydirty and nasty, service was pretty good and so was everything else. But I don?t think this establishment sets the prime examplefor Applebee?s company and can do better. Read more
This is the worst Applebees I have EVER been to in my life. This place needs to be shut down. First of all when you walk in you... stand there for 15 minutes before you even get acknowledged. My husband and I ordered two meals online and when I went into therestaurant I told them the name on the order and at first they said they gave away my order because I had the same last name assomeone else but it turns out the order they had was actually mine. After the hostess proceeded to give me my order she told methey didn?t have any of the drinks we ordered, ok cool. I asked for them to just refund us for the two drinks and the manageracted like she didn?t know how to do her job and refund an online order. INSTEAD of refunding my money she asked me if I justwanted something else and I said no. After standing there for another 5-10 minutes she asked the bar tender if she had thedrinks we ordered and turns out they did. this restaurant just has horrible customer service over all with poor communicationand people with bad attitudes. If you don?t want to work there then quit. please do not come here if you have no patience. Read more
I ordered take out tonight and it was by far the worst experience ever at applebees. I have been coming here for years always... having a decent experience. However, tonight when I ordered, the food was done REALLY fast. I?m talking less than 10 minutefast. I got a full rack of ribs, cheese bites, and powdered donuts for a dessert. Cheese bites were horrible. weren?t evencheese bites??? Ribs were alright. Powdered donuts were disgusting. It all made sense when I opened up my food why it was doneso fast? Very upset. Real nice workers I didn't get her name but the person who served me and a few other people was real nice and made sure we got... everything we needed and it didn't take to terribly long for the food and everything else to get ready and being served to us. Iwould go back here again the service was nice and everybody enjoyed what they got. Read more
Had better service at a Waffle House at 3 am ordered tomatoe bisque swear it was tomatoe soup marked silverware on the order and... 10 bucks for tea they didn?t even put in my bag do not mess up and use this place Read more
The staff sucked. We went inside ans was waiting to be seated. The staff would just walk pass us,look over and keep doing... whatever it was they were doing. At no time did anyone say anything to us nor the lady before us. After about 9 minutes, Iwalked over to the bar and asked ," is anyone going to sit us?". He said oh yes,sorry about that let me check..... He went tothe kitchen and staff started looking out at us but no one came. 3 minutes later we walked out and went somewhere else to eat. Read more
Very nice lunch here. Food was great. Crying child 2 booths away. I was not pleased with the situation. Applebees is supposed to... be more more Upscale than that. Not a please for crying toddlers. Read more
Place was clean and our waitress was fantastic. It took a long time to get our food though and it wasn?t all that good, kinda... disappointing. The place wasn?t even that busy and it still took quite a while. Our waitress kept full drinks and checked on usquite often. The four cheese macaroni had black sauce on it that was very bad tasting and the chicken was was over seasoned. Thechicken Alfredo was bland and only luke warm. The burgers were way overcooked and the vegetables were not anywhere near fresh,more like had been sitting in water a while. Left our waitress a good tip for her service and chocked it up to kitchen having abad day. Read more
