Let me begin by saying if I could give this review zero stars, I would. It took 3 workers to take our order and they still... messed up. They kept forgetting items to our order and moved extremely slow. The chicken was cooked in bad grease and was dry.The best thing about this order was 3 out of 4 of the drinks. I visited this location this morning around 11am. The female at the second window on drive thru with the bun, black hat and dry... lips was super rude. Please train your staff on proper customer service!! Attitude as well as appearance. Read more
I was told to go in drive thru. The lady was irrate with me saying there is no help. She had the doors locked with customers on... inside. She told me to leave. I have never had such a worse experience at my favorite Bojangles. My children and I were told toleave out building before we got in the door. Read more
Last minute decision (for me) when hubby reminded me that Bojangles (his favorite restaurant) sold salads now. When I tell y?all... I was pleasantly surprised at what was in that container. Fresh everything! And it had cucumbers! I will keep coming back to getthat salad for as long as y?all have it. So delicious! Please keep it as a regular menu item! Thank you! Read more
I went in late on a Monday night. My wife wanted an egg and butter biscuit and hashrounds. While they didn't have them ready... the staff was awesome and made them fresh while I waited just a couple of minutes. Well they tried! Kinda busy but very clean and courteous but for price of tea and taste to be water flavor ice I was crush! But... they gave me a lemon I ask for and that was okay but all I need is one lemon or juice packet. The tea need taste better it don'thave be sweet but taste better then flavor ice lemon water.
