We are regulars. Placed order online. Finally got to window and they forgot the milkshake. I walk up to counter and the girl was... spooning ice cream into her mouth at the window when I tried to speak to her. The now melted milkshake was made wrong, sittingbehind the counter. They added whip Cream but said ?don?t add the malt it will be just fine they will take it?. I am horrifiedhow rude and careless they have become. Read more
I have gong there a few times with my grand kids. The ice cream is about the best around where we live. But the service is very... poor. Every time I go there you have to repeat your order a few times and steel get something different. We have been to Brusters a few times since it opened. The kids love it. My pocketbook does not :( - the ice cream is great ,... creamy and fresh. That?s about it. The wait times are long every time I come here. The portions are to small for the price youpay and the service is just so so. Today my son was halfway through his cone before we got his sisters cone. I am not sure whattook so long to give us the 2nd cone but no apology for the wait. When I asked for a lid for my cup of ice cream the gentlemansighed like I was inconveniencing him. I think for the next couple months we will be making our own cones at home with the costof going out for ice cream these days. Read more
