Had to leave..we have been a long time customer. We asked our game to be put on one of the screens..and it was changed for 2... minutes. then customer demanded game put on same game as other two big screens on. So we left.all large screens have same exactgame on in dining room. Management (ray not there today..he usually keeps things running smooth).. and waitresses don't seem tocare that we don't even have our game on. And why would all 3 big screens in dining room have exact same game on!!! ??????????? Read more
It was relatively empty when we arrived around 945 on a Saturday. Although it was empty we were told it would be a 25 minute... wait. We sat at the bar instead. The bartender was professional but you could tell he was not interested in being there thatnight. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Our food took quite some time and the bartender explained that he got our orderwrong (I believe he just didn't put it in, because patrons who arrived well after us received their before we did) and broughtus our food a few minutes later, still wrong (we had to season our own wings) but it was fresh. I'm sure this restaurant is usually pretty good and that there are staffing issues. However, my experience there was horrible.... The hostess was rude and took forever to find us a table in an almost empty restaurant. After waiting for 20 mins we decided toleave because if service was this bad waiting for a table then we didn't want to chance it waiting on food and drinks. Withrising food prices and labor shortages it gives you pause to go out to eat. No one wants to spend their money if service is bad. Read more
Waited two hours for food that never came to table while the everyone around who ordered after me. The waitress said kitchen was... backed up with to go orders and there was no customers in the store waiting. They so called didn?t charge me for my order, butchanged me for the drinks and appetizer. Literally just walked next Door to BJ?s restaurant and brew house and got seated andserved in minutes. Read more
Ranee was GREEEEEAAT. BUBBLY AND GREAT ENERGY. VERY fast and efficient and on time with putting our orders and bringing out our... drinks. She also made sure our drinks didn't get low without a refill. The cauliflower wings were amazing. I had Asian Zing andonion wings, and my sis had Terriaky and more sticks we were stuffed. The wings was awesome along with my cheese curds! This Buffalo Wild Wings is the best reviewed. There are some locations that... aren't good as this location is. I'll be back for more in the future. Read more
While visiting SouthCarolina places and restaurants This particular place was disgusting! Tables dirty ground also dirty, sat... outside for 15 minutes and no said anything! If I could rate this place a zero I would. Service was atrocious as was the food. Hostess was sitting in the bar area while... there were several parties waiting to be seated. After 15 minutes, we were finally seated. Had to get our own menus andsilverware from the front. Took an hour to get the appetizer which conveniently (NOT) came with the inedible entrees.
