I don?t know what the problem is with this local store. but every time I come here there?s always an issue. It?s either we had a... late start and we?re not gonna be up and running in 5 to 10 minutes war the borders are just getting wrong and beingovercharged. since I?m posting this review I am definitely not going back there again and I will not recommend anybody else togo back for their. This Burger King is the worst ever!!! I don?t even see how they manage to keep it open. They are very slow and have no urgency... for quickness. They never are packed so I don?t know why they are so slow. I sat in drive thru for minutes without anythingbeing said so I said hello. The worker said one moment please in a irritated way. Like how am I bothering you and you aresuppose to be doing your job. I sat for a little longer and then decided to leave. Why spend my money on a place with horriblecustomer service and the food isn?t even that good I just wanted something different and had a coupon. I decided to go toChick-fil-A where they are always slammed but they get your food to you quickly and they are friendly and food always on point.I see why ppl work at BK bc no other business will tolerate your behavior and service. I bought a Burger King, Deluxe Fried Chicken Sandwich, with Fries today. Horrible. My fries were cold. My sandwich was soggy!... Had too much mayonnaise. I ended up actually returning it, for a refund! Read more
I stopped going here months ago. The drive through wait is ridiculous. Still using the covid no help excuses. Every body else... seems to have have improved there wait times. Why can't I get my favorite burger any more? Read more
This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I wanted to give them no stars but they need one in order to make a... review. Don't waste the gas going to this place. At the drive thru, you may or may not get acknowledged to place your order. Ifyou do get acknowledge to place your order you will wait an additional long time for that meal. The wait time for the drive thruis a joke. There can't be any manager at this location, if there is then I feel sorry for the store owner because the aren'tmaking any money. During my long wait in the line that took almost a quarter of my gas just waiting, I saw at least 3 to 4 carsjust leave. And when you get to the window, you are expecting some sense of urgency. Nope they are on their phone, taking theretime socializing like no meals need to be made. They must average like one meal to make every 10 minutes. Then when you look topay for your meal, they look at you like why are you here...????. I can't make this up, and obviously I'm not the only personthat thinks this. The rating online says it all. Trust me this place is a joke. I would rather got to the gas station that isconnected and get chips and a drink than waste about half an hour of my life on this awful Burger King. Read more
I was instructed by the 2 women behind the counter that i had to place my order myself at the kiosk due to short staff. They... weren?t doing anything and were taking orders at the drive through. They didn?t get my business and wont from the crew i waswith again. There was ample staff to serve their customers. Ice machine was empty and the restrooms were out of paper towels.Poor service, poor work ethic and you will get a better experience in any other dozen options in that area. Read more

Customer service for the drive through. Really needs some help. The Girl said you aren?t making any sense.what don?t make any... sense she can not take a order. The whole order was Messed up. Was a rude as can be. Then she closed the window and laughed thewhole time and the manager come to the window and give the food out. I would like the crop number. If anyone has it please letme know.
